I ended up waiting for 30 minutes before she finally started. While waiting, I noticed several signs stating they didn't provide sexual services and that police could inspect the rooms at any time, which gave me really weird vibes. When the masseuse finally began, her technique involved pinching and a weird rapid pressing motion that was just awful. The last 20 minutes of the massage was low effort. I was quite annoyed by the end of it and wanted to be over with it. Despite the poor experience, I still opted to give her a 20% tip and she had the audacity to be upset with the amount and asked for more. I was shocked but stood firm and refused to give more despite her trying to "negotiate" her tip multiple times. She finally processed the tip amount I had decided, and I left. My expectations reflect most standard reflexology spots, understanding they greatly differ than most American or European style, high end places. My boyfriend and I came for a couples massage, and were told to arrive around or after 7:15pm instead of our 7pm time, which was absolutely fine as we had no other plans. We arrived at 7:23, and were greeted by a kind woman in the front. Very standard, no repercussions on our end for being a few mins "behind". The spot is also located kind of tucked away in a plaza, so we spent a few minutes searching for it. Either way, this is something I would be more than happy to account for in something like less massage time. Anyway, our massage started, and one thing I can say I've never experienced out of my hundreds of massages were the beds. The massage beds had a VERY uncomfortable headrest, or lack thereof, with a stool chair placed right under where your head lays = zero air flow and lots of forehead pain. I actually left with a migraine due to the pressure on my forehead. I kept trying to adjust the entire massage, straining my neck into a strange position. I felt suffocated for 40 minutes or so until I finally was able to turn over. In no way is this the masseuse's fault, but wish they had different beds. My massage was okay, little pressure until the last 10 minutes or so, and very uneven. My experience with reflexology type massages is they will typically do ex. 10 strokes on one side, 10 on the other, etc. I just felt like my massage was random sweeping motions over my body. I also heard my boyfriend's masseuse leave the room twice, for a pretty long period of time. Mine left with his masseuse once (his was the third time she left) to grab warm towels, and we had no idea if the massage was over because they had left for a few minutes without saying anything. My boyfriend also stated feeling pretty exposed during his massage over others where he was draped appropriately. We also heard lots of loud cell phone conversations from other staff members in the hallway, and both of our masseuse's were having louder than whisper conversations during the entire hour session. The good things I can say about the place was that it was clean, the front desk (maybe owner?) was friendly and accommodating, and the last 10-15 minutes or so of my massage had nice pressure (head and neck) and I really liked my scalp massage. I was taken back when we were leaving, as we both had brought $15 each to tip (we had some more, but usually leave $15 as our base and add according to our service) - we were greeted by one masseuse that pointed to their gratuity menu and stated she expected $25 or more. For what we experienced, I did not feel that was fair. I genuinely do not want to belittle this establishment in any way, as I know they are new, but I do feel there is lots of room for improvement. In general, for $150 plus our $30 total tip ($180), it does not feel justifiable to return. Please come at your own research/discretion!

The lady on the phone didn't even ask my name which I thought was strange, but whatever. I got there and was greeted by either the manager or the owner. She wanted to be paid BEFORE the massage which irritates me, but I paid her. I paid by credit card, and was relieved to see that there was no place to add a tip, since it makes even less sense to tip before a service. Anyway, got in the room, seemed pretty standard that way. Not excessively clean or dirty. The owner was the one that came to give the massage. At some point, someone else came in, so she left for a minute to attend to them. That was also not great obviously. The massage itself was pretty top notch. She found all my problem areas quickly without me saying anything. She adjusted her pressure to what I asked for. So that part was great. But about halfway through the massage, I kept feeling little cold wet drops land on me every couple of mins or so. I'm pretty certain it was her sweat, which of course totally grossed me out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass her... but ewe The other part of my review is total speculation on my part, so take it with a grain of salt... To be clear, no one offered ME any "special services," but I'm female, so that makes sense. But let's just say it would not shock me if in the future this place got busted for sex trafficking.
