I hate I didn't get a chance to take a picture because I was so ready to eat my food. But the seafood was really good and fresh compared to other seafood establishments I've tried in the area. I want to say this my experience at Ocean crab. The food was excellent. I ordered the broil bag. that was excellent five star time to pay the bill. This is where things went down to a one star. My server was trying to force me to pay a $20 tip once I gave her $5 dollars she was telling me that I should pay $15 more on my tip my bill came to $145. I did not like the fact that the waitress was trying to force me to pay a $20 tip. For one I'm not obligated to give a tip. A tip is to buy common courtesy and the kindness of your heart and if the person is serving you properly, you would do a tip, but not mandating you to pay a tip at that point, you get nothing I will not go back there again for that reason. read more

The crab boils are excellent!! Seafood is very fresh and tasty. I just found out about them 2 weeks ago and have already been there 4 times. The service was good all 4 times as well. The restaurant itself was also clean and inviting. I will continue to go there. read more

Food was good as usual, haven't had any food issues. Be careful ordering Cherry Pepsi fountain soda. According to the waitress it comes with cherries and splash of cherry juice. I asked if it was an additional fee she said no but when the bill came I was charged 3.99, and my girlfriend was charged 2.99 for her soda which she had ginger ale. So she lied or didn't understand what I was asking. I coulda of had Cherry Pepsi in a bottle I don't need no cherries in my drink. Other than that everything was good. read more

I ordered through Uber eats about 3 times. My neighbor told me about this place. To be honest, the catfish platter is way overpriced. 17.99. It's just not worth it to me. There are soul places where you can get a fried fish platter, mac and cheese, greens, and corn bread all for 15 bucks. And their fishes are way bigger than what you get from this place. So, 17.99 is ridiculous. I ordered one platter with onion rings (onions rings were the worse), and there were probably no more than 7 to 10 small pieces of onion rings. I looked at it and said, "What the hell is this?" The food is okay. But it's not worth the price. 17.99 you can go to the fish store and buy 2 to 3 big pieces of fish and fry them yourself. I was highly disappointed with this order. If you're going to charge $ 17.99, then make it worth it, guys. Fill it up with onion rings or fries. The only reason I order is because it's cold out, and a snowstorm is coming. So I wanted something to hold me for 2 to 3 days. This will be the last time I order from here. The portions don't justify 17.99. At least give a free soda or slice of pie.I don't mind paying money if the food is good with nice sized portions, but make this make sense to me at 17.99. 17.99 I can get a bucket of popeyes chicken with 3 sides. Again, I just wasn't happy with this order. Looks like they're trying to cut back. Once I see that. You've lost me as a customer. The half dozen of raw oysters were good. I was happy with the amount of seafood and quality of the combo we ordered (combo 2). We did the ocean special for the seasoning and fire spice. Unfortunately, the seasoning was too salty and there was not any spice. It did not scream "my mouth on fire" as we expected from the menu description. Our server never returned to check on us or refill our water until we stopped eating, so our dining experience throughout was lacking. My cousin also ordered a soda that never came but the employees resolved the issue after we paid. Overall, everything seemed clean and well-decorated but the seasoning, spice, and service could be improved. read more

Ive ordered for pick up from here a couple of times & yesterday was my first time dining in to eat & i am in love with this place. First, i want to say how CLEAN everything is. I wish i checked the reviews before coming here but the seafood was watered down if you know what i mean , it wasn't giving what a seafood boil should of gave , the wait time gave 35-45 and also took 15-20 mins for our drinks.. , the tip was already included and i did not respect that , yes we were going to tip but expecting us to tip again???? and at that took a 42 dollar tip for what? bullshit service? i don't even make reviews but this is crazy. read more

This spot is in a shopping center on city ave with plenty of parking in the lot. When we walked in, I noticed how clean and bright the restaurant was. Our waiter was frienddly and helpful. It didnt take long for the food to come out. It was ok, not bad, but no special or remarkable flavor. They are BYOB so thats kind of a bummer for me. We brought wine, but I like variety at my restaurants so I dont really like BYOBs. We ate our ok meal and chatted for awhile. They cleaned our table and we left. It was an ok experience, so no Im not gonna go recommend to others but it wasnt a terrible experience- Just average. read more

Two members of our party could not even eat with us because their order was not properly placed and then it took 30-45 minutes for them to get their order. When I asked what could be done to compensate for the late service of the food. The owner removed the gratuity of the food that arrived later but kept on the drinks and rice. Talk about petty! Restaurant was super clean - we got a seafood boil with clams/sausage/mussels with less butter. We also got an order of soft shell crabs with French fries and garlic bread. The garlic bread was a softer/smaller version of Olive Garden garlic bread. Although it was good, wasn't worth the price.
