There was literally no wait to be seen as they have a system down. I moved from one treatment to the next without pause and the staff was helpful and courteous the entire time. Even the receptionist is always pleasant and personable, which is not always the situation because they are the front lines of unhappy and sick patients who may be in a grumpy mood. And proposed "plan" which was not specific was going to be $3,600 for the 12 week plan. They try to get a down payment at the "free consultation" and/or try to open a credit card to charge the "plan". So, essentially I paid $350 for a blood test script. Even the phlebotomist knew such an extensive work up was from him. Not a good sign! It's awful to think people like this are out there preying on people that are sick and in pain.

I mention office hours because Mondays are my only day off and most chiropractors are closed on Mondays so this is a big deal for a working mom.
