Nearly four months later (approaching April), I still don't have any draperies installed. Large boxes are cluttering my home, taking up space with no resolution in sight. Their team came to measure four separate times, yet they still got it wrong and produced incorrect items. Communication has been impossible--there's no clear timeline for when (or if) the job will finally be completed. The entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and aggravating.
