They post pictures of a car's paint when they're wet, so you cannot tell the discoloration of the paint jobs. And that's just from their viewpoint. Now their customer service point definitely should be more of something from New Jersey or New York rather than something from the south. Their customer service was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, whether they were a friend or an enemy. They do not do a 360 inspection. They get them in and they flip them the next day. The salesman thought, because I was a woman, I knew nothing about cars. Well, let me tell you what I can drop and rebuild any Tranny you bring to me. The moment he realized I knew what I was talking about on the car is the moment he got disrespectful. shut the hood and walked away right in the middle. ignored our objections and criticism of the price. thinking that I needed a $6000 vehicle when I was there to actually buy something nice for whatever price. As soon as I picked the car up, the check engine light came on and the engine was noticeably louder. After checking things myself, I found the engine purge valve had been left disconnected. Instead, I left with a new problem immediately after service and reduced trust in their workmanship. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience--customer beware.

Over time, I stopped asking for a loaner because the difference in scheduling between just having the car picked up and brought back versus the same with a loaner was most often several weeks stretching to a month. Then, this last time, April 2025, I arranged for a pickup. It was scheduled for 10AM. No one showed. I waited till 10:30 and called. I would be transferred to service, put on hold and transferred back to the receptionist. This happened several times until I got disconnected in service. When I called back, I finally got to the service department and the young lady that answered said that she was just filling in and didn't know what was going on but that the two drivers had just came back and she would send them out. By the time they arrived, a 10 AM appointment was most likely be 11 AM or later. I told the lady that I would be understanding if they had called and said they would be late, but to just leave me hanging is extremely poor service. You might want to take this into consideration for your next car purchase. Jim H
