When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. They had limited options and didn't have any non-alcoholic wines. They had water and soft drinks for NA drinkers. No charcuterie since they had so many different events happening. I tried a few samples of their rosè, one Chardonnay and a sparkling before I settled on 2023 Laren's Wild Rosé with strawberry and rose petal undertones. I liked it because it was less dry than the other rosé. Other than the baby shower and cooking class, it wasn't very busy on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few parents letting their kids run around the area and on the stage. There was live music inside. Staff would come out to pick up wine glasses and serve the flatbread that some people in our party ordered. The pepperoni pizza looked good. I ate before I got there, so I didn't try. I particularly wouldn't return unless it was a family or friend celebration of some sort. While not a vineyard, there are other wine bars in the city that offer NA options, a larger wine selection and food.
