The staff is great and I feel like they're all really supportive and I know everyone by name. The CrossFit crew at East is very welcoming and if your hesitant to try CrossFit - do it! I got the membership for my son and I, about a month in we had to cancel our membership do to a…read morerelocation. I had to sign electronically on things I was not able to see to cancel the membership. I should not have continued to be forced into paying after I had told them that we had a relocation, but they continue to charge my account. They called me after I wrote a bad review and told me they would fix it, but here I am weeks later still being charged. I would say to never get a membership here, they will continue to charge you after filling out their paperwork and calling them. So I will never recommend this gym to anyone.
