I have been participating in their Traditional Bikram 90 minutes class since December 2019. Shira is a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. From my observations, the studio is following CDC guidelines. For example, they are limiting the number of students in each class maintaining social distance, disinfecting all surfaces, requesting students to stay at home if they do not feel well. Students are expected to bring their own mats, towels and drinks. After several disk herniations, practicing hot yoga has greatly improved my flexibility thus I have been able to prevent traditional surgery. Also I have more breathing and cardiovascular endurance while swimming and bicycling. As a final perk, my skin looks great :) Thank you One Hot Yoga! Wanda :)

Amber, Heather, Michelle, and the other trainers make the exercises fun and can easily modify an exercise to make it work for you if you have an injury or haven't built up the strength yet to properly execute a certain move. The nutrition coaching that comes with some of the programs (2 that I've done!) has been invaluable in teaching me better ways to eat and how to practice portion control no matter where I am. At the end of my first 4 week program, I was down 10 lbs and 7 inches around my belly!! And have continued to lose weight and feel better each day since.
