I booked a lymphatic massage and wood therapy, and both were exactly what I needed -- relaxing, effective, and professionally done. The spa itself is super clean and calming as soon as you walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was peaceful without feeling too "clinical" The lymphatic massage was gentle but purposeful, and I could feel a noticeable difference afterward -- lighter, less bloated, and super relaxed. The wood therapy was new for me, but the therapist explained everything and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a bit more intense, but in a good way -- and I definitely noticed some contouring effects. They really take their time with you and focus on what your body needs, which I appreciated.
