I picked up my t-shirts today, the 13th, and when I got them back to my store I discovered that the 15 "mediums" were actually Extra Large. I contacted Mitchell and they indicated that would be at least next Tuesday until I received the correct size / order. I expressed that I need the shirts immediately as I told them last week that I need them by today. I could deal with picking them up tomorrow though as I understand employee incompetence. After I told them I needed the 15 replaced by tomorrow for my promotion (which they agreed to last week), I was told that it was impossible and that there is nothing they could do. I expressed to them that I would not satisfied and to "nevermind" as it would do me not good. The Mitchell rep stated "ok because nothing we could do anyway because of time and day". I'm not going to type anymore as I hope that what I indicated above is more than enough to illustrate how customer service to Mitchell is definitely not a concern.. I will make every effort to share this story with every person I come in contact with, I'm not trying to be vindictive, however, Mitchell needs to be aware that they provide terrible customer service after they receive customer payment after the sale. I placed an order on 8/31/26 based on this company's representations that customer patches would be delivered no later than 9/15/26. The order was for a charity event. I called on 9/15/26 as I had not received shipping information. I was told "they're in our warehouse to go out today, but it will be 3-5 days." I then requested next day delivery and they CHARGED me for same (despite the earlier promise). Come to find out, despite charging me for next-day delivery, they did not engage that service from USPS. The package did not arrive in AZ until 9/19/26 (too late for the event). I'm out the cost of polos, the costs associated with completing the polos, and an embarrassment that I could not fulfill my promises for a charity event. When the package was not delivered "next-day," I stated I wanted a refund for the up charge. Instead of this, the company recalled the package and it was never delivered. This is a company that lies and commits consumer fraud. Avoid at all cost!
