Ranger Discovery, After exhausting searches on the web for a part…read moreon my electric wheelchair for a missing bolt that caused my front wheel to fall off. Kathy and her husband took time out of there busy day to look for a part that might get us back on our way, mind you this part has been non existent with several wheelchair repair/sale stores. I was at there store listening to her husband in the shop searching through there inventory for what seemed like an eternity. They informed me that they did not have the part but assured me she would call around and call me back one way or another to let me know what she found out. I was out having dinner a couple hours later when i received a call from a company in CA stating they had the part that I needed, I had asked if they might have another part that I needed, she asked me to take a Pic of where that part might be located on the chair, and like magic the part was identified. She sent an email with the work order and payment method right in the email link and was sending it to my home address all while I was still having my dinner. I highly recommend renting a trailer from GT Trailer Rentals. I reached out for a last minute…read moretrailer need and Tara and George quickly responded and had availability! Tara is absolutely phenomenal. Her communication is top notch, from the beginning it was clear and very quick responses. I have little towing experience and I had a long haul tow I had to do. Tara made sure I was comfortable with everything, gave me a break down of everything and how it works and the trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition and had everything you needed and some! There was a hiccup after picking up the trailer and Tara had made sure everything was taken care of and everything was set before I left on my trip. While on my trip, I had ended up getting a flat and I reached out to Tara. She was so calm and collective and helped me through the entire process. She made my experience smooth sailing from the jump and I would recommend using GT Trailer Rentals for all your trailer needs! 1000/10 recommend! Thank you Tara and George for everything! You are so appreciated and I am so glad I came across GT Trailer Rentals. I will make sure to use GT Trailer Rentals in the future!
