Brian Behan is one the biggest assholes I've ever worked for and being former fdoc that says a lot. He yells at his employees like they are kids for making mistakes, yet he makes multiple mistakes a day. It's part of business to have human errors and losses. He took it personal because every mistake cost him from his pocket and then took it out on his employees. Pay is crap and absolutely no incentives. His wife would write a log of how long employees stayed in the bathroom each time. I've watched him use customer vehicles to pull big trailers and boats and caused rear shocks to leak and probably damaged transmissions and other components even dented vehicles. I have watched him slice up boats and cars and hide it. He has so many personal issues that he brings to work and takes out on his employees.. his son won't talk to him claims him and his wife are horrible people. Always unprofessionally spoke about how his wife would never sleep with him and he wish they made a pill to fix that. He makes it seem like he's a nice guy and has the community believe he is, truth is he has a better relationship with his customers then he does the people closest to him and the people closest to him all have one thing in common... how much they drink. His longest standing employee has been there 18 years and he's been in business for 30 years he treats that guy like son. He opened crystal river 5 years ago and most of his employees that stayed in Ocala were all hired around the time Brian left for crystal river and none of them prefer to work in crystal even when he needed help it was like pulling teeth to get his employees that he praised to come help, I wonder why? And couldn't keep anybody in crystal river and for you long time customers in crystal river I'm sure you know almost every time you're in the shop there is a new face because it's a revolving door. The first thing Brian said when he hired me was "I'm not an asshole I just don't know why people don't stay". A year later he yelled at me one to many times and I told him why. The graphics he designs crap from low res images. Y'all should look at the ccso vehicles the American flag stuff close up are not crisp and over pixelated, the palm trees on the olive drab boats are google images the school resource cars are a joke design and so are the regular patrol designs. Just the K-9 units look clean. Every wrap sent out had dog hair in the laminate. And he would laugh about a piece of jax in every wrap after charging what he does for a "professional job" he Charges way too much and again treats his employees like they are slaves. He bragged about wanting to build a good team but he has no idea what a good team looks like or what true leadership is. Hell he can't even take care of his team financially. Truth is he was the only one truly living lavish. Telling us he could make 10k a month without us when things got stressful for him. I worked there for a year and was miserable. The next grown man he yells at should pop him in the face maybe he will learn about respecting people especially his employees. He would pay out customers so quick when cars came to us dented or broken parts and they blamed the shop he'd pay so quick no questions asked so they don't hurt his rep, he cares about his reputation and not failing more than anything. But wouldn't even bother giving his employees bonuses for doing well or showing up on time but would blow up when we cost him money but yet he would just fork over cash for no reason to customers instead of telling customers the truth and standing his ground. your employees could have used that $300 for those ram taillights we didn't break or that $400 for those dents in the Camry roof. Nobody likes working for him they just lie about it to save face and their paychecks. Not even his own family likes him. He sold the company probably because he can't manage any of his problems well personal or professional , I bet the new owner knows nothing about wrapping what a cluster f**k of a company and a man. read more
