DOITALLGRAPHICS COMPLAINT…read more I have a very unpleasant task. To warn friends & neighbors about a local business: Ted Jaczuk of Do It All Graphics. Web site: https://doitallgraphics.com/home. On 4/26/24 I instructed him to proceed with his proposal to provide 5000 sheets of 100# matte perforated golf scorecards. On that day I paid an $85 printer setup charge for which I was to receive software for future orders. I have not received this software. Jaczuk emailed that proofs would be ready by 5/6/24. On 5/15 Jaczuk emailed that he was running late because 'broke his ankle' and would 'call when the stock was ready'. On 5/20, I (stupidly) paid a $492 invoice for 50% of the contract price. On 5/28 Jaczuk invoiced me for the remaining $492. Many, many emails & phone messages to Jaczuk were sent. Unanswered. Then, on 5/28 a phone call from him stating the product would be available on 6/6/24. On 6/5/24 I receive an 'overdue' invoice for the remaining $492. On 6/17/24 Jaczuk advised the product was ready. He delivered the forms to my home & wanted full payment. I insisted that I run them through my printer before I issued the final payment. Problem: the forms were printed on GLOSSY paper, not matte. Printing was nearly impossible without smearing & the paper wouldn't accept normal pencil annotations. Jaczuk argued that this was 'what I ordered' even in the face of total documentation to the contrary. I've repeatedly asked him to either deliver what we paid/contracted for or issue a refund. More silence. Hard to imagine how an individual can survive running a business this poorly. I chose him, in part, because of 'good references' on Yelp, Facebook, etc. This will change. A shame. Seems like a nice guy.

Came in a few weeks ago to get business cards and magnets designed. After quickly looking over the…read moredesigns I was happy and gave the approval. The magnets where done same day, but cards would be in later that week. After taking a little bit of a closer look at the magnets, I noticed the order of my business name was off. This was a little over an hour after I left the shop. I called the shop and spoke to one of the employees telling them I noticed an error. I told the employee that I wasn't worried about the magnet, I approved the design and the magnet was already made. I was mainly concerned with editing the business cards to which I was told that would be no problem because they had not yet placed the order to the 3rd party for the cards. I eventually received my cards and unfortunately they have the same error I had called previously to correct. I spoke to the women at the front desk and she told me she would talk to the owner and call me back (if they say they will call back, don't bet on it). I eventually called and spoke to the owner and he begrudgingly told me he would be getting new cards with the correct business name. About two weeks pass and I call to see if they have the corrected cards, and I'm told they have not received them and would call back after they see what's going on. I call back to find that nobody had placed the order and that since I had approved the original draft, essentially that was that. Regardless of what the employee or the owner had told me weeks prior.

Had 500.00 books made l. 8 out of 10 books were damaged. 7 of them had water spots on the cover…read morepage and one with a dented corner. All I needed was 7 cover pages replaced. It's been since October. No repair nor refund offered. I was told it was UPS fault. Highly unprofessional to not have made the claim from the shippers end. I would not suggest you trust this company to know how to deal with shipping. I have clients waiting and they act like these are my hobby and 500.00 is like dropping a quarter in the parking lot!
