I applied ice, heat, ointment, antiinflammatories, pain medicine, sauna, water exercise, hot wax, hot rice pack, I mean what else could I have tried, even went to my general practitioner. My children (adults) were so worried because all I did was sleep and take meds. My son took upon himself to seek other medical professionals to care for his mom (this would be me). He saw an ad on Facebook which was running a special for a first visit treatment, he booked it, Thursday, 6/28/2018. Got moody self ready on this day, hoping dearly this Dr. Could help me. I was so tired of feeling this horrible pain which had me truly depressed. If I only knew what had started this pain, I would definitely not do it again, but I didn't plus they way I was feeling it didn't matter anymore what lead me to this point, I wanted relief. My gut feeling lead me to trust this person to make things better for me. Finally, I arrive, fill out the usual paperwork which honestly I found very hard to fill out due to my arm pain. Enter his office notice all the natural medicines which may me feel estatic since this is something that fascinates me and am looking to do my doctorates in hopefully this Fall 2018. We chat about my pain and how did it happen, we concluded it was the planks exercise I had done. Well Dr. Orta began his therapy, though it was painful it felt good. I embrazed the pain and became one with it. I go home and I felt like I have been beaten. To my surprise, I get a phone call from this Dr. Seeing how I was feeling. I told him how I was feeling he said it was normal feeling after treatment. I was so upset because I felt really achy. I could not sleep, tossing and turning because of so much pain. I finally fell asleep. Opened my eyes the next day afraid of moving around and feeling this pain all over. I took a step at a time and lived slowly. Not feeling the pain I moved at a normal speed. I sat up and felt good, moved around a bit more and to my enlightment the pain from the night before and day before had subsided quite a bit. When I went today for my last treatment the office manager gal said I already had my 8 treatments and we argued for a couple minutes and I ultimately got screwed out of a $200 treatment. I would have argued harder but the fact is the Softwave machine gimmick didn't work. Earlier this year, I went back to him after I went to see a local chiropractor last year because my primary suggested I go to see a chiropractor about a balance problem I had. The chiropractor diagnosed the issue but after months I was not seeing any improvement. It turned out the leg length difference was due to a childhood injury to my femur bone. The growth plate in my right leg eventually developed into a 2-inch difference between the length of my legs. Raifu knew exactly how to move my hip so that after a couple of months I actually noticed that my hips were more in alignment. After about 3 months, of his gentle touch and through the exercising of my legs, my legs were even. All of this was accomplished without surgery. My friends and relatives after seeing the difference between the old and new me think he is a miracle worker. He is truly amazing. Now I can walk around standing straight without feeling like I am tipping over and I can walk up and down inclines without fear of falling. When I went back to NJ to see my primary and my specialists - they were so happy with my progress. His office is great and I will recommend him whenever I can, he is truly a gift. This place is full of pseduomedical quacks selling snake oil and false hope to people with often debilitating chronic disease. Their advertising uses well worn scam tactics to create a sense of urgency. For example, an add in the local newspaper, the Star Banner on Dec 18 2022 stated "Once you have sustained 85% nerve loss, there is nothing we can do for you". While the above claim may be technically true, this misleading: Any human that experiences the death of 85% of nerves will, like 85% of their nerves, 100% dead. Modern medicine does not solve all health issues--excercise, a healthy lifestyle, and fulfilling personal and social life are all important. They can't reverse all chronic disease, but in conjunction with evidence-based healthcare, they are the best humanity has. Scammers and charlatans have always been there to make a buck by making claims too good to be true, and that's what this company does in their advertising.
