Being a skeptic regarding alternative medicine I hesitated to take the plunge. Then I read Dr. Bob's reviews, and what a surprise. He and his staff were very courteous and helpful doing their best to put me at ease. I was given a hot herbal tea as a alternative to coffee while I waited. Speaking of waiting, I arrived early to fill out my paperwork which I filled out about 10 minutes before my appointment time. The staff showed me to my room in about five minutes apologizing the whole time for the fact that they could not see me before my appointment! One of the shortest wait I have ever had for a doctors appointment. Dr. Sabawi did a consultation and explain the entire process before beginning the procedure. He continued to explain step-by-step keeping me informed of the exact sensations I was about to feel. He was constantly concerned about my comfort and ease. In the beginning I had concerns about acupuncture and what it entails. I am not sure yet if acupuncture is going to work for me, but I no longer have concerns about the procedure itself. Dr. Sabali and his staff were the epitome me of politeness, professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend them if you are contemplating acupuncture.

After one cupping treatment, the pain has been reduced by 60%. What a Godsend! Dr. Sarah also ordered some Chinese medicine patches applied to the site to continue to help. She stated she would need a couple more treatments, so will follow up once a week x2. I really appreciate that you can be seen at this clinic for a full Chinese medicine work up (including acupuncture and other treatments) or you can be seen for cupping alone, which is less expensive. Sometimes, you know you need cupping (as in my mother's case). The cupping was $50 for the initial consult, and follow up treatments are $30. This makes it accessible for people, and that means a lot to me. My mother was so impressed that she is now going to have a full work up to see if Dr. Sarah can help some of her chronic health conditions.

After a few sessions I drastically started getting better. I'm 100% better and wish I went to him first. I wasted so much money and time with all the other doctors and medications. My whole family now goes to him. My mum tore her meniscus and her original doctor wanted to do surgery and she wanted to try him before going through with the surgery and she feels so much better she no longer needs it. My dad had an ongoing issue with his eye.. after going a few sessions of acupuncture and some herbs he was all better. So thankful for Dr. Han He literally saved me. I was beyond miserable and didn't think I could be normal ever again. I'm forever grateful for him and will always recommend him for any issue anyone has. Definitely worth a try!

I called random chiropractic offices where one could not see me and the other one was somewhat short and rude over the phone. Then, I called Fakhoury Medical and from the beginning phone call until the end of the day I was impressed with each individual I came in contact with. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and compassionate. The assistant who checked my blood pressure took his time to talk and inform me of the procedure. The massage therapist and the chiropractor both helped alleviate a good percentage of my lower back /sciatic nerve pressure. I am a private pay patient and the cost was extremely reasonable. At the end of the day, I received a phone call from the doctor checking on how I was feeling. The team cohesion with front office, staff, PT, massage therapists and the doctors are second to none!
