I had been…read moregoing to Dr Taylor for a couple of years without any issues with my insurance till about 7 months ago when I was told my insurance (UHC MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN ), was no longer covering and I had to pay up for visits.. The office staff said I had to have a diagnosis, I explained that I'm not the one who gives the diagnosis the doctor is, she insisted I had too. I called my. Insurance company and was told the office staff there has been giving wrong info to patients having my Insurance and that they just needed the doctor to give a diagnosis. I told the office staff what I was told by the insurance company but they refused to listen and just raised their voice that I was wrong. This is very frustrating and I hope Dr Taylor gets to read this about his staff.

Saw the doctor who told me I have short arm syndrome (HA - try googling that - it doesn't exist - except in the urban dictionary) and then rather than manually adjusting me, used the tap adjuster on me, which didn't do much for me at all. What helped me immensely (for a brief time, anyway - am still in pain) was the massage from Jasmine. When I contacted them to see if instead of the two useless chiro adjustments I could trade them both in for one massage, I was refused. VERY disappointing to lose over half the value I paid for the Groupon. I do not recommend wasting time with this offer or this facility if you are really in need of help for pain. (I would rank this place zero stars if it wasn't for Jasmine).

I would have argued harder but the fact is the Softwave machine gimmick didn't work.
