Ryan came in to set up all the PoE security cameras and access points around my property. He suggested the specific switch and organized all the wiring to the com center. He built a custom exhaust vent to maintain efficient temperatures and dialed in all enterprise level security for my home office. He is a great guy and is extremely analytical and creative at the same time. read more

I had a major issue with the Internet at my office that had some DSL cables That were accidentally cut. He let me know it's not something he can do but still had me send pictures of the issues or 20 minutes walking me through all my options even though he knew I wouldn't be able to use his services. With his help, I was able to find a solution with another vendor. read more

Happy with their service! I wanted cat6a cable installed to different rooms in a multi-story 14 yr old condo. It was not an easy install but they were able to meet my request for a fair price! They kept us informed during the install. Very friendly, wore masks, and kept things clean. They even numbered the holes they cut and the clean cut pieces so the drywall pieces can be patched back in place if we (or drywall contractor) want. Ryan was awesome. Totally recommend. read more

So, so excellent. I got messages/quotes from several other companies, but was not happy with the way they were messaging and general lack of down-to-earthiness. Ryan reached out and came to set up a free estimate ASAP. We did a hardline ethernet connection (wall plate) from the router to another room, and it was a difficult job. It was not able to be finished in one session, but Ryan set up a time to come back again with no change to the original estimate and explained everything thoroughly as it was happening. I can't recommend him enough. read more

Found Ryan here on yelp. I called him because we were having awful WIFI issues throughout the house. He was very quick to respond. He came out told me what we needed and did the job within the week. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable on network solutions design and delivery (e.g. needs assessment, equipment selection, installation, problem identification and resolution) but more importantly he is very pragmatic, results oriented and "partners" with his clients to help them maximize their returns on their investment. Ryan was easy to communicate with, and he added cabling to our two floor house quickly and in the time frame he initially offered for the price he initially offered. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area looking to wire their house. read more

After messing with my WiFi system (traditional router with a couple of extenders) for over a year, I decided to get a mesh system and started researching it. It looked like it was also easy to make an expensive mistake and that's when I decided to call in a professional. Absolutely worth the time and money. Ryan came over and looked at my layout, made the recommendations, bought the hardware, installed it, got the app up and running - everything! Answered all my technical questions. I needed a new modem and faster internet (I was on 20 Mbs). Called my ISP during the installation. Runs like a charm. He's busy, but this is why. read more

I am a college instructor and have been attempting to teach from home. Unfortunately my internet connection would drop at random times making teaching impossible. I had Spectrum out to my home 7 times to remedy to problem. Nothing improved. Out of desperation I called Ryan at OC WiFi Solutions. He did a free walk through and explained the problems. He installed a system that has changed our world. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He's smart, professional and delivered what he promised. Excellent customer service and a great experience. Ryan's work and knowledge of computer networking are remarkable. Our church facility (3 buildings) network was plagued with signal strength and speed issues. After a visit to our site, Ryan diagnosed the issues and proposed a solution. We purchased some new equipment and he installed/configured it. Since our church does not have a person skilled in network management, we contracted with Ryan to monitor our system remotely, install system updates, and advise when issues arise. Outstanding and reliable service. Truly 5-Star. read more

Ryan came out to our house on a Sunday and got our internet buzzing and extended to outside areas of house and downstairs rooms. Prior to working with them we had both Att and Spectrum; they helped us optimize Spectrum internet service and we are canceling the Att service and saving money. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Ryan's service is extraordinarily! For years we've had trouble establishing consistent WiFi connections throughout our home and property. For several years I had endured poor quality wifi, and insufficient wifi coverage throughout my 2 story 3500 sq foot home. I finally was fed up with trying to solve my internet issues myself with various youtube video tutorials, multiple routers and extenders, along with paying for the highest level of internet speed possible from my provider. I called Ryan and he came out to assess my situation and give me a quote. My interaction with Ryan was professional and educational. Ryan took his time, explained what he thought was necessary to improve my internet and answered all my questions. When I recieved Ryans quote I frankly thought it might not fit my budget. I called Ryan and he explained equipment and labor costs to my satisfaction...bottom line you get what you pay for. I decided to go for it, putting my full trust in Ryan and set up an install date. During installation, Ryan demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and is a professional installer with a high standard for work quality. It has been 6 weeks since Ryan installed my internet system and I am very happy with its flawless performance throughout my house, WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! In todays world of home wifi dependancy for work or play, high quality internet and streaming throughout your home is a must for internet happiness. I highly recommend Ryan/OC Wifi Solutions for your internet needs. read more

Ryan helped us get our WiFi mesh system working again with my son's multiplayer games. This is a heroic act for anyone who is unfamiliar with tween boys! I highly recommend him--great communication, thorough service, reasonable pricing, and he definitely knows what he is talking about. Unlike my cable company customer service and other tech professionals, he never instructed me to simply refresh the modem or turn the computer off and then turn it back on again. read more

Ryan was awesome! Back story - I am a DIYer and I had purchased a "simple to install" smart irrigation controller. I spent somewhere around three hours (no joke) trying to figure out with customer service how to get it to talk to my router. They gave up before I did. Because I applied for a rebate, the rebate company decided to come and see if it was really working and here it was laying on a shelf in my garage. Back to square one, I e-mailed a couple of places all the while my frustration growing. One guy offered to come out and "look at it" for $75. I had already looked at it and it wasn't getting any better. Ok fast forward- I called Ryan on advice from another and he responded quickly. He was timely and professional and before he even showed up he said he could get it fixed. Music to my ears! He came out to my house letting me know when he was going to arrive and tested a few things to make sure the idea he had would work. His idea was great because it fit into our budget and needs better than one I thought could possibly work. Because our issue involved more time he asked if it was okay to return the next day and did so, got the job done - irrigation controller working! Ryan still wasn't satisfied because our router was running slow even though he got it to do what I wanted. He adjusted our router settings and now the system sings, literally(we can stream music in the garage now). He went above and beyond and so here I am writing this review which I rarely do. Ryan and OC Wifi are not only my first choice, they are my only choice. Thank you Ryan, again. read more

I'd been considering getting some Unifi gear recently to improve my home network and also wanted to get ethernet run to several rooms in my house. Rather than attempt to DIY it I hired Ryan for the job and I'm super glad I did. He was very easy to work with, had all the tools and experience to get it done right, and did a fantastic job. He ran ethernet to two rooms, set me up with two access points, a switch and gateway, and also installed a very professional (and nicely wired!) rack in my network/homelab closet. He was extremely accommodating of my schedule, asked me for feedback/preferences throughout the process, paid a ton of attention to detail, cleaned up after the job and stopped by after the installation to advise and work with me on fine-tuning the system. I'd been temporarily using the stock AT&T all-in-one box before, which made a gigabit fiber line feel like an overloaded coffee shop network. After he was done, it's been rock solid over both ethernet and wifi. I also really appreciated that he didn't uncharge on equipment; he just gave me a parts list and let me order what we needed ahead of the job. His rates were very fair and transparent, and I'm very happy to recommend him. read more

Beyond 5 Star service and work! Ryan's professional, prompt and everything you need in a computer repair company. I actually sent out 5 messages to various places getting various answers and Ryan was the only one to apologize for a late response and not only that he had an answer to my question that was far more in depth than any other response. He took the time to message me and gave his insight based on what I shared and his past experience. I took it to him for a heating issue and over all performance of my MacBook Pro year 2012-2013. It was just heating up so badly and performance was gone. He gave me great suggestions, which I followed and finished the work in no time. My laptop is like new again and runs like the day I got it! More than fair prices and priceless customer service. Look no further for your next computer repair needs this place is it. Just send him a message and you'll see what I mean! read more
