We had to have the whole thing excavated and replaced to the tune of $7500 (so far). When we called to (very calmly) notify them of the damage caused and to see if they (or their insurance if they have it) can rectify this, the owner started screaming expletives and death threats (!!). This happened multiple times. The conversation ended with the owner screaming at my sister: "Suck my d*** and die b****" and hanging up the phone. In addition to that, they hit a support column with a Bobcat which caused cracks in the walls upstairs. Also poured concrete over a garage drain, sealing it and claimed that it was unnecessary ( they get to decide?). And a bunch of minor damage to gate, walls etc. This is hands down the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Stay away!!!

I worked with Clay who came out very promptly, wrote a reasonable estimate, stayed in communication, and was able to schedule the job within a few weeks of my approval of their estimate. Very easy and professional to work with and they did great work. Everything cleaned up professionally and couldn't tell they were even there other than the holes in the concrete which were patched to match as closely as reasonable. Would certainly hire them again and recommend them.

Joseph asked for a pic of my problem area and he sent a bid immediately. The 2 guys were at my house Tuesday ( which was 4 days from the initial contact). I had a 3 foot area on the edge of my driveway that was crumbling, it butted up to the walkway to my front porch. the walkway is trimmed in brick. The guys cut out the crumbling concrete and added a line of brick to match the edge of my walkway and it looks FANTASTIC ! They returned the very next day and did an acid wash and I'm SO pleased with their work and attitude. Give these young men a call because I feel you'll get some quality work as well as great customer service! Btw, I am not related to them, never met them before, this is a true review of a business.

I was able to ask questions to know what needed to be fixed on the driveway, what to watch for in the future, and what I didn't need to worry about at all. I had a dip at the lip of driveway that went into the garage polyjacked and it looks amazing! You would never know there had been such a drop. I am super excited not to have to gas my car to get over the lip and can now wheel my trash/recycling bins in/out with ease. The bid seemed very reasonable for the work that was completed and the service and work exceeded my expectations. I also like knowing I am supporting a family run business!
