He guided me in how to loosen the screens so the crew would be able to remove them for washing, and talked with me about the details of pricing. He looked at some windows that were supposed to be able to be cleaned from the inside but that I was having trouble maneuvering, and deduced the problem. He even took the time to clean my bathroom window on his own, while he was there. Because of my landscaping, a crew of two men were needed to take care of all the windows, so MANY thanks to Rachel in scheduling at the main office for setting up an appointment later this month with Mr Macias and Alex! I know she had to shift around some crews to set up my appointment, and I really appreciate her care and customer service in going over and above to ensure I could continue to work with Mr Macias. AUDACIOUS entitlement for a "company" bait-and-switching professionalism for a landlord…read morespecial...let's count the ways they railed me, shall we? 1) They were hired to sand/restore/paint all doors and trim...and left me with nicks, burrs, divots, over-pours, and peeling. 2) They were hired to replace the porch soffit and outer side-door casing with composite...used PINE, which btw was left with nails sticking out and/or zero natural transition to surrounding areas with which it obviously should've been seamless. 3) They were hired to re-GROUT various worn tiling and floor-joint spots...chose on their own to use some SILICON-based filler instead, and couldn't even be bothered to make it not look like slop. 4) They were hired to replace a broken bathroom door, of which I provided the replacement door myself onsite...took it upon themselves to jimmy-rig my broken door to something "usable", and left my brand new, provided door on a bedroom floor, all the while implying it should make no difference to me. 5) They were hired to replace all weather stripping around the outer doors...LITERALLY PRETENDED they did that, when in reality they replaced one side of one door seemingly at random, and not even to fit. What's more, upon being called out for all this I was met with a dismissive -- almost arrogant -- front office, asking for proof in the form of a day's worth of picture uploads (and they sure didn't stop asking for remaining payment, either!) Excuse me? You've already cost me enough -- get me a supervisor. To their credit, they did send one out; yet also to their credit, unfortunately, idk what the hell their cleanup team even accomplished except another wasted day and more problems...wish I were kidding: more silicon injected into my tile, a few nails tapped further into the soffit, and this time new weather stripping -- oh, but with the added touch of NOW both outer doors having *ABSOLUTELY NO DEADBOLT FUNCTION* due to piss-poor fitting. At this point I fired them over the phone, and told them they AT LEAST owe me deadbolt repair. They answered with an email claiming I caused THEM enough of a loss, and they're releasing ME of all further obligations. L.O.L. Until they refund me the amount I just paid for a locksmith to do an emergency restore of function, this review will serve a perfect purpose for whoever reads it. I am NOT made whole, and you can bet you won't be either. The world doesn't need anymore entitled, rush-job, corner-cutting contractors -- and these guys will do their best to swindle you into believing they're better than that. My own sworn testimony: THEY'RE NOT. I feel violated. Don't let yourself become the next victim of wasted time, effort, money, trust, and sanity.

Initially I was ready to auto-schedule them year in and year old, but it didn't quite land perfectly to do so. These guys have good insurance and workman's comp (their words when asked), and are communicative with texts around scheduling. Prices were transparent and fair. We were on the books for 12:30-2:30 pm on a Friday, but ultimately they ended up coming hours later when we had people over and were doing dinner. It's not the end of the world because I don't need to be out there with them, but we had to move our plans inside. In the past, we had a different company who would set up the ladder and scoop everything into a bucket, but our tech (who was friendly) used a leaf blower on everything. It had just recently been raining so we ended up with quite a bit of river birch branches everywhere, and wet leaves and birch seeds plastered to the house. I think that's gonna happen, to some degree. Where I was a bit peeved was the fact that there were a handful of big branches on a little flat part of our roof. The guy just chucked them into the bushes on our patio, didn't bother with removal. I did hear the tech at one point powerwash, so he knocked some off. I was surprised to see the front, eaves, and back still covered when the job was done. I should've said something, but again, we were entertaining and I didn't want to get into it to be honest. I got out there the next day with a leaf blower and knocked some of it away. However, there was so much accumulated on our eaves that it continues to trickle down with the wind, so I'm in a state of constant cleaning now. The company asked for feedback via text and I told them the tech was friendly, but the cleanup wasn't quite up to par IMO. After some back and forth, they offered (emphatically) to come out and powerwash the house. It was a crazy busy weekend so I declined, but I do appreciate them offering. I think their customer service is legit, and that's not always the case. Again, would love to have a company every spring and fall that I could bank on, and was so close here, but they came up a bit short. If I knew it wasn't going to just rain shit down all over my patio, walkway, and driveway (he did clean that part up well to be fair), I would be game. As it is, I'll probabaly look around again but will consider hiring for the fall.
