He was very conscientious about making sure everything was set up properly for the job, gave us a short and accurate explanation of what we could expect, then went to work. Afterwards, he gave us good advice about what to do next and even some free product to use in case the stain recurred. The results were great--I was sure the stain would be permanent, but they got rid of it completely. The final cost was much less than I'd expected. Long story short, they showed up on a Sunday and did the job thoroughly, well, and inexpensively. Very pleased with the results.
