After that, he was absolutely relentless about holding our insurance provider accountable for the replacement of the entire roof no matter how long they stalled and tried to skate on their obligations. Once the selling phase began, he added value by suggesting various different products and approaches we could take as well as and upgrades and ongoing specials which helped us get the most longevity and aesthetics at a great price. Once the installation of the new roof began, he communicated and handled unexpected challenges, delays, and errors efficiently. He didn't disappear once the job was sold. Instead, he managed and delivered the project all the way to and through the final 1%. Gorilla Exteriors won't have to sell me the next set of projects as long as Korby is there.
