We had Justin replace several plants in our landscaping as well as trim back all of our bushes and…read moreplants in and around our house. He did an excellent job. He took the time to make sure all of the old rose bushes were removed not leaving any roots that might come back. He also replaced an azalea bush that had died and added new soil around it to help it grow. We also had him extend our sump pump drainage pipe in our yard. He took the time to ensure everything was done properly, especially since he ran into irrigation lines in the process. He took the time to move several components in the irrigation lines so it wouldn't interfere with the new drainage line he was running. He brought in new soil and placed it around the extended line since the existing soil was very muddy and over saturated with water. My neighbor used him to also extend their buried drainage lines for the gutters as well as build a fire pit on their patio. Justin did an excellent job for them as well. I would highly recommend using Under the Sun KC and will definitely be using him for all of our future landscaping needs!

We wanted to add square footage and put a roof over it. We set up a date to meet with JD Zlab and he went over our ideas, offered suggestions, and gave us a ball park figure that let us know whether we could afford to move forward. There is financing available if needed. We did and destruction and construction started soon. We got to know the talented workers over the next couple weeks. They were extremely hard-working men that we trusted. They asked a few questions but they had done this job enough to know exactly what to do. 5 Stars -- Would Give 6 If I Could!…read more JLS Craftsmen recently replaced an old privacy fence in our huge yard -- a fence that had been poorly installed by an acquaintance of a previous homeowner. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Our project coordinator, Jordan, walked the yard with us, listened to our concerns, and truly understood our vision. Our home is unique, and we wanted a one-of-a-kind fence to complement it. Jordan was responsive and thoughtful, helping us work out the details to make it just right. Alex, the foreman, was fantastic to work with. He communicated clearly about the work they'd be doing each day, answered all my questions, and was genuinely dedicated to getting every detail perfect. He worked incredibly hard -- sometimes 12-hour days -- and his passion for fencing and true craftsmanship really shows in the final result. JLS Craftsmen did an outstanding job.
