I wish I could give this place a 10 out of 5 stars. AMAZING! The staff/owner is incredibly friendly and they provided the best service. We wanted more food after originally ordering, and he insisted that we stay seated/he could bring us what we wanted and we could pay before we left. So sweet!!! The lamb kabob is absolutely delicious - tender and moist, and I love the seasoning that they put on the rice (they had it flown in internationally). My partner got a kabob sandwich and had to order a second one. I wish this restaurant was closer to where I lived because I would frequent it on a weekly basis. Also, super great for gluten free peeps.

This place is a hop, skip, and a jump from our place. We wanted a little appetizer for our home baked meal and settled on the appetizer trio of hummus, baba ghanoush, and three stuffed grape leaves. All were really tasty, though the portion size is quite small for a shared appetizer unless it's just two people. Of the three, my favorite was the baba ghanoush so I would order just that next time. We got it to go, and it slid around on our walk home which was ok with us, but not a pretty picture.

    Tzatziki

The food, service, and ambiance, are all on point. I got the tzatziki and chicken kabob. I highly recommend both. I ate it all. The man who served us was very friendly, he even gave me extra pita bread to help finish it off. The atmosphere was outstanding and I wish we could go here more often but we aren't from OC.

O M G ! Literally just got finished eating my to-go order. I put my fork down and picked up my phone to Yelp. We are in town for a dance competition. Dear husband ate here yesterday and raved about it. I then said, hey, go and get me some of that Kebob place for dinner. And wow. I wish I ate from here yesterday AND today. First off, the grape leaves are phenomenal. But my meal was the star. Skewer of chicken Kebob, skewer of veggies. 2 pita pieces, tzatziki, veggie salad and rice. As I was eating, I kept saying Omg it's so good. I will probably be eating there for lunch tomorrow. OC Kebob and grill is seriously that good.

I work right down the street from the place and I pass it walking all the time....today I was starving lol they had the door open so as soon as I walked by I took a whiff of delicious food and immediately walked in. I was greeted by a very friendly guy that told me I could sit in (he even let me drink my big gulp from 7-11), I ordered the beef kabob....usually I like my steak medium rare he told me it was cook through but it would be good. I trusted him this meal did not dissapoint...I do wish I had more pita bread (I'll order a side next time) but everything was delicious and fresh(from the salad, to the charred veggies) and the beef was super tender and juicy 10/10 definitely !!! I cleaned my plate lol. This was heavenly!

Great food, quick service, and friendly staff. Traveling with daughter's 18U softball team, and some of us even ate here twice during our stay. Easily accommodated 8 of us on the first visit. Recommended: kabob dinners (we ordered steak, seafood, chicken kabobs), gyro salad, and kabob sandwich.

They used to be good but the food is now terrible. Rice is mushy - like overcooked Minute Rice. Everything is bland . We won't be back.

Delicious kabob and fast service. Employees were nice and attentive. I like how the chicken kabob also came with a veggie skewer.

To get to the seating area, you walk by a large bar at the front. It was a bit off-putting, as it wasn't clear to me whether the place was a bar with food or a restaurant. Once you settle in at your table, it's clear it's a restaurant. My partner and I shared the Appetizer platter, which includes Hummus, Dolma, Baba Ganoush, Cous Cous, Eggplant Salad, Potato & Bean Salad, & yogurt. It also comes with pita bread, cut into small slices/triangles. You can also order falafel as an add-on, at $2 per falafel ball. The appetizer platter items were all good. The pita was a bit hard and didn't have much flavor. it was also a small portion of pita - we ran out fairly quickly. The falafel balls were also very good. Crunchy on the outside, but moist and flavorful inside. Really good falafel. The service was fine. We did have to call the staff over to fill water glasses. Service could have been better, considering the restaurant wasn't crowded. My beef with the place is the price. The platter is $27.99, and $2 each for falafels. I think that's a high price point for the platter. At a minimum, it could include 2 falafel balls to help better justify the high price.

Miserably. This place is disgusting. Had to take my daughter to the bathroom, that was a disgusting. A full mop bucket was sitting in the middle of the hallway that we had to fight flies to get through. None of the doors locked so I can't securely let my daughter use the bathroom. And it hasn't been cleaned since probably last summer. The food- No how matter how much syrup and butter I put on my daughter's French toast, it was still horrible. She took one bite and would not touch it. And she loves French toast. Then, I told the waitress that I was not going to pay for it because it was disgusting Soggy and not fully cooked and she offered to get a new one from the kitchen. I told her no, I don't think it's going to get any better. I told her that I will not be paying for it. Please remove it from the check. She acted as if that was out of her pocket. (And if it is, the owner of this establishment should be putting in jail.) Then in ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with fried egg. The waitress said that we can only do scrambled eggs and she doesn't know why they can't do fried eggs. I asked, was it because they pour the eggs out of a milk carton? She just laughed and walked away. that tells me you don't give a shit about your quality if you're pouring your eggs out of a milk carton. All the seasoning on all three of our bagels was burnt. The bagels were cold. I've never in my life gotten a bagel sandwich with a cold bagel. the sausage on my sandwich was a link. Who thought that was acceptable is an idiot. The bacon came from the microwave pack that you get in the refrigerated section of Food Lion. Shocker- it was still cold. And top it all off. the Kraft singles for the cheese was just the crème de la crème. All of these joints have the same thing in common- they buy their supplies from Sysco or US Foods. It amazes me how they can screw this stuff up so horribly! Maybe one day we'll have some quality establishments on the boardwalk that can deliver a product that justifies the prices they charge. Right now, we are getting fucking robbed.
