The atmosphere of the room was lovely, very relaxing and soothing. The massage felt wonderful! The hot bamboo and the lotion Sharon used were very effective. I asked for special attention to my shoulder area and she did not miss a beat. The whole process (phone call, set up, confirmation text) was very easy. A little bit of Zen in a gym. My first time here and I will be back. I know my massages since I get one 1x month in Annapolis for pinched nerves and shoulder pain. This was a really good massage. Hot stones, CBD oil and pressure in all the right places. It was a bit uncomfortable at first finding myself in a gym. I look forward to them opening up at their own location.
