The only draw back and it was disappointing because it really dampened our mood leaving the massages on such a high- was checking out. We are from Baltimore and the receptionist first said "dangerous" and then proceeded to tell us her bad experience in Baltimore. It was a bad experience- however as people who live in, work for and love our City- we didn't need to hear this. It was deflating. I should note- I've lived in Baltimore for 34 years and have never been a victim of any crime. Go for the services! Hands down - the clinicians are amazing. But if you're from Baltimore- don't mention it :(

Then we had phenomenal 80 minute massages from Carolyn and Alyce - each did a phenomenal job! We had some specific therapeutic and relaxation needs. They individualized and left us so relaxed! After the massages we enjoyed the fruit infused water, cheese/crackers, and little dove chocolates! The spa had relaxing music that could be heard in the sauna, changing room, relaxation area, and massage rooms. She called someone on the phone and asked her to come over. It took her 15 minutes to get there, so my boyfriend's massage started 15 minutes after mine and didn't last as long. Both therapists kept taking breaks during the massage, answered their phones, talked to other customers, and opened the curtain to go in and out of the room where we were. There was a loud party next door that we could hear through the thin wall. The massage itself was good, especially when they used hot stones. However, I regret asking for "strong" massage rather than "medium" because those ladies are strong! Three days later, I am still sore and bruised. Their price list states that the couple's massage costs $160. When I chose "hot stone" from that list, the lady said that it was going to cost $180 because of the stones. I said OK to that. After the massage, the same lady said that I owe her $320. I showed her the price list, but she said that those prices were per person per hour, and we got two people for 90 minutes. (By that logic, shouldn't it cost $540 total?) I was disappointed about the after-the-fact price increase, but told them fine, they can keep $320. They both continued staring at me and said, "tip!" Fine, I gave them another $20. They still stared at me and said, "tip for the second person!" I finally realized that this extortion will never end. I told them that I already paid more than I expected, and we left.
