We have contacted this company numerous times yet all we get is the run around stating they'll fix the pool issues asap yet nobody ever comes to fix the issues nor do they get back to us. Pumps don't work, jets don't work and the pool skimmer flap was build too small and we cant even install it. Ridiculous and what a waste of money. Having the knowledge that he gained from growing up around the pool industry made it that easy to talk to him and get more knowledge of how it works and what design would be best for not only 1 but 2 properties my boss owns! This is an extremely unprofessional company. Their words do not meet their actions at all, they will sell you a dream only for them to give you an underwhelming job. We started our business with Ryan then after awhile he wasn't answering phone calls or emails. After that we started to speak with Tom and Christi and, after awhile same thing happened... they weren't answering back phone calls or emails. Once they had most of our money they started to become extremely rude, and mind you our pool wasn't even completely finished. At this time it's been 2 and a half years since they started my pool and it's still not completely done yet. I had to do some of the final work just to get the final inspection by the city,which was suppose to be their responsibility. I even recommended this company to a friend of mine at the beginning, and they got hired to build his pool, and all I got in return from them was an extremely unprofessional attitude & business with them. I highly would suggest you all find a different company to build your pool, unless you want to go through a lot of problems and, you want to supervise the construction of the pool by yourself most of the time. When it was their responsibility, I lost a lot of time from work & money just to finish my own project &make this happen when I specifically hired them to do their job which was to finish this pool, and they didn't deliver. My wife and I met with multiple different pool builders before getting a call from OC Dream Pools. Thomas assured us that he could give us the best price and best customer service because he is the owner and doesn't pay out a salesman. He explained that he only takes on a few jobs at a time so that he can concentrate fully on each pool as it is built. Ultimately, we hired Thomas because we trusted him and felt most comfortable with him - even though he is a newer company. Although it was a little hard to believe he would only want a few jobs at a time, it seemed to be true because of the amazing service and excellent work we received. Thomas was there for our every need. He always answered our calls or at least text us that he would call right back. He'd even take our calls at 9 or 10 at night and when we apologized for calling so late he just said no problem at all, this is my job so I'm here to help. At the end of the day, we were very happy with our decision to go with Thomas. He was upfront, honest, gave a great price and finished our pool before our expectation. I would give them a zero if I could. I had so many problems in getting my pool built. It was done May 5, 2021 and we still don't have a final inspection approved by the City because OC dream pools has not submitted paperwork needed by the City. Now that the pool is done one of the pipes has a leak, it's been two months and it's not fixed. OC Dream pools has sent 5 different people to look at the leak. When talking to Tom ( the owner of the company) about the leak, he was rude, and started raising his voice. Our conversation ended with Tom telling me to fuck off and he hung up on me. Is this a company you want to work with? Who has no patience with customers who pay on time and keep them informed on issues the pool is having. Also, during construction and afterwards the only time a representative from OC Dream Pools came to our house was to pick up a check, otherwise everything is done by text.
