pretty late review. Was waiting to see how the vinyl wrap held up over time. To this day the wrap has held up. There was a defect on the original wrap he placed on the car, but he realized it afterwards and replaced the wrap the following week. There was a little back and forth, but in the end he stood behind his work and fixed the issue. Anyway the second time he wrapped the hood and handles, the job looked really good. To this day (6 months later) I have no issue with the car wrap and get compliments on the car most days. read more

I've gone here twice now. Oscar does great work. Both installs on my model 3 were done professionally and worked perfectly. I will go here for my upgrades next time and recommend you to go as well. read more

Oscar installed a train horn on my car for a reasonable price and the work was done professionally. I highly recommend him for any Car electronic installs. I showed up to the install with the product I purchased and he had everything for the install. He is very easy to schedule and work with. read more

I had an aftermarket front grille for my Audi S5 and after installation by an Auto body shop, I realized that the front camera mount of the grille was at wrong angle and resulting in my 360 surround camera view distorted. The auto shop says they can do only install but not modification. Luckily I found Oscar and he was able to solve the camera mount issue by modifying the grille and mounting. It took creativity and skills and Oscar certainly has both. He was also patient in moving the angle multiple times so that the 360 view would look correct. I would highly recommend OC Customs if you are installing aftermarket products, as many of these products may not be fit correctly and need modifications. read more

OC customs does really good stereo and electric work. They took care of my BMW M6 and did a highly complex job with ease. And for a great price. Recommended read more

I found OC Customs on Craigslist. They had an ad that advertised the services they provide and the cost. $20 to have my Sony stereo installed seemed very fair considering that Best Buy wanted $60 to do the same job. I finally got a hold of Oscar and we made an appointment to have the job done. He was very pleasant over the phone and very accommodating to my schedule. On the day of the install I received a text message to confirm our appointment and I called to get directions. Once I arrived, Oscar was very professional and installed the stereo in about an hour. He did a great job wiring the microphone and installing the stereo. It sounds great and I am very pleased. If I have any future car audio needs, Oscar's my man! read more

Great prices. Customer service pretty terrible. Only asked the guy to send me a link to the parts I would need to purchase for him to do the installation, and he responded like I was asking him to commit a crime. Not very helpful, and not very tech-savvy at all (he seemed terrified of logging onto his email to confirm I'm purchasing the right part from Amazon). Quite concerning, considering he is installing an audio system in your car. Not to mention, the whole shadiness of this under-the-radar business. Would avoid if possible. read more

Alittle over due but Oscar was fast, helped me get the right parts when I got the wrong ones. Installed a in dash stereo and a back up camera in my fiancee's car 10/5 coming to him again when I nees a stereo for my car next. read more

Oscar is awesome! Does exactly what you ask and even a little more. Gets the job done fast. High quality work and service!

Oscar was extremely communicative and it's me during the process. He let me know he was going to be slightly late to the appointment which was no issue and had finished the wrap job in a much faster time than he had let me know. The wrap also came out much better than I expected and I will definitely be returning for future business!! read more

I saw an ad on craigslist and called Oscar. He picked up the phone and gave me good advise on purchasing a DVD for my minivan. I had initially gotten a quote for $850 and $900 from two stores on Stevens creek. That includes $500 for the DVD player and $350 for installation. I purchased a 11 inch DVD player from Frys for $180 with all the bells and whistles that was going for $550 at the other stores. Texted Oscar who responded promptly and met him. He installed the DVD player in less than 30 minutes as I had a previous DVD installed so wiring was already done. He charged me less than 1/3rd what the others were going to charge me for installation even though I told them I had previous wiring done. One guy said that previous wiring will have to be removed and redone and its extra work.... Go with Oscar, he works with a smile on his face and delivers great results. I am off to LA on a trip with the kids who have a player now. Will go back to Oscar for any car electronics installations. read more

Would give 4.5/5 if possible, but I can't so it'll just be a 5. To start, -0.5 points because it was hard to get in contact with Oscar. I heard about Oscar from my friend who got his subs installed from him and said he did a good job so he recommend him to me. When I finally got a hold of Oscar, set an appointment, and when I got there, he installed the subs and amp, while hiding the wires and doing a clean install. On top that, he doesn't charge a ridiculous amount like other shops do. Would definitely recommend Oscar for any audio installations. read more

Oscar, there's something I find unsettling with your response. Excuse me if I had to call you more than once, but I did have to call back once I discussed it with my wife as I've told you. And another time to make sure you got my info about what car I had. That would make that less than 5 calls. You explained that you don't carry led lights. That's when you told me you need about a week or so for it to come and then made a schedule with me to come in the morning. I didn't try to hurry or hassle you at any point. But now you said I cancelled the appointment that you indeed scheduled for me when I asked for the earliest time I could come. I know because I remember agreeing to that. For what reason would I cancel my appointment when I have been driving for many nights with a busted headlight risking getting fined by a cop? Telling your future customers that I cancelled is more than false, it's misleading. I was really hoping to get my headlights installed by you. I'm glad things worked out when you didn't call back when you said you would. Because of that, I managed to get better service elsewhere. Good luck with your future endeavors. read more

Oscar is our go-to custom installation specialist for everything Tesla. We had auto-present door handles, soft closing doors, frunk auto opener, tailgate opener, hepa filter and tilt screen installed on our Tesla model Y. While Oscar was familiar with some of these items, the auto-present handles were quite a challenge because these are a brand new item for model Y and the instructions did not quite match the parts. We had a broken handle from Tesla Offers that Oscar had to wait for a replacement to replace. some is the mechanism is tricky and the windows go down at random times, something Oscar will look into when I get to drop off the car again. Prompt service, diligent follow-up and reliable installation! read more

Very smooth process. Explained everything clearly. His job was really clean and the DIN I got installed looks like a factory default. I would get back to Oscar for similar future work in my cars. Cheers! read more

I needed a pioneer navi MP3 player and front/rear speakers install in my car but everywhere I go I get 180$ to 250$ For LABOR on a touch screen from 2006 . 140$ to 239$ for my front/rear speaker for LABOR!!! ... Then I got on craigslist and found oc customs and called oscar to see what he had to say for installation for labor??? $120!!! I been to oc customs twice this year. First visit was kinda weird cause I didn't expect it to be at a apartment area . But once I got to meet oscar , talking to him made everything easy and understanding , best decision I ever made. Second visit , I installed a alpine navi with Bluetooth , everything works perfect and still beats the ridiculous price$$$ , just for the same work and more then half the price you get form anywhere else. read more
