I got stood up by OC Clean. My appointment time was at 8AM. Their website does not provide a phone number, so email is the only way of contacting them. The cleaners not showing up was the last thing on my mind on my hectic weekend, especially since they sent 3 emails confirming my appointment. The last one was telling me to confirm my details in case anything changed, but no, I was completely sure I wanted my apartment cleaned at 8AM on Saturday morning. This was my last weekend in Orange County, so this was the only time slot I had available for the weekend. At 8:15 AM, I started worrying so as I waited in my empty apartment, I called other cleaning companies. Luckily, Early Birds House Cleaning had a time slot available in the afternoon and was offering me half the price of OC Clean. I asked them to reserve a time slot for me just in case OC Clean does not show up. They were kind enough to let me know I can call back and cancel if that were the case. Owner finally contacts me at 8:43 AM apologizing for the cleaning team not showing up. He says he'll try to get in touch with them. He offered a $20 discount and other time slots, but I knew I couldn't make them. One was the same time Early Birds offered, so I decided to just go with Early Birds since their quote offered was still way less than OC Clean's discounted price. Early Birds also said their cleaning time would take 1 hour as opposed to OC Clean's 2 hours. I appreciate the owner doing his best to accommodate my difficult situation since he was kind and seemed genuinely apologetic.. However, I booked OC Clean's service with full confidence that I could count on it during a very hectic move-out weekend for me. What's notable about OC Clean service was they came and cleaned at incredibly short notice. I basically needed someone the next day, and they were able to accommodate me the same day! The cleaning was excellent, the timing was perfect and most of all the price was awesome! Looking forward to my next session. read more

Let me start by saying, I only right reviews if I get really good service or really BAD service. This falls into the "I can't believe I just paid for this" service. We called OC Clean to come out and do a once over cleaning, at our empty house. The lack of effort was inexplicable. The floors, sinks, cabinets, etc, were never touched. I am hoping by writing this review, we will be contacted and sent out a new crew to actually take some pride in what they do. If I were the owner of this company I would be appalled at the lack of service their people are providing. I won't be recommending them to friends or family for cleaning service. I was recently contacted by the owner and was promptly taken care of. They sent out Moses (amazing) to actually clean the house. He did an amazing job and OC clean should hire more people like him that take pride in what they do for a living. I would recommend OC clean again. read more

I booked OC Clean for a last minute cleaning and they were superb! They came on time and were the kindest crew. The kitchen and bathroom in my home are a bit more difficult to clean but they took their time and did a great job. Everything was spotless. I am extremely happy with the team that comes to my home to clean. This past weekend they arrived a little earlier than expected and immediately started cleaning. The two women worked very fast and efficient and even did a few things above and beyond what I expected. My sister lives 20 minutes from me and she uses a different cleaning service - she pays $100 MORE than I do and we have the same size home. Actually, I think my home might be bigger. So for all of you who are stating that OC Clean is more expensive - it really isn't. I have had 2 other cleaning companies in my home and I know that I am getting a lower rate with a great team of professionals. I had one company destroy my hardwood floors because they used a hard abrasive cleaner. OC Clean professionals are the best. I actually feel like hugging them when they are finished. read more

This place deserves a zero. I booked my cleaning online. I received three confirmations through email and one text message. You are unable to talk to a real person and can only communicate through their im program. The day of the cleaning no one came and was unable to talk to anyone in their im or email. When you call their number the voicemail says they will call you back within an hour. Not true. I never received a call back. Do not book this place!! read more
