After surveying the home, he came back the next day and went straight to work. He worked hand-in-hand with painters that were at our home to ensure all of the work would be done the way we needed. Surround Sound: - Jeff ran wire and cut clean holes to get the downstairs surround sound done. The other installer we had previously screwed everything up and Jeff fixed everything perfect. - He was very clean with his installation and installed the wall bracket for speakers as well Outdoor Speakers: - Jeff ran speakers to our backyard and courtyard. All wires ran to where the surround sound speaker wire was coming out of CAT6 Outlets: - Upstairs, Jeff took multiple days in getting CAT6 to all of the guest rooms plus loft area with little to no crawl space in the attic. It was impressive how clean he was able to make it for the installers and finished within a good amount of time Jeff is not only fair on his pricing but he is very efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

He gave us a quote that was well under another quote and based on that and the comments on Yelp, we went with him. He and his helper (Dustin?) arrived on time (and texted to let us know he was on his way). He cleared out the electronic boxes we didn't need, and hooked up our new TV and a sound bar. They were respectful of the property, were very tidy during the installation, and cleaned up after everything was done He cleaned up the mess we had in our closet where all the other boxes are (cable box, router, DVD player, etc.). It was like a wire nest in there! Everything in there is now neat with wires and cables neatly rolled up and secured to the wall. He installed a surge protector which makes it so easy to reboot the modem/router now. It was so hard to do before. The TV is a big upgrade from our old TV and Jaime took the time to show me how everything works. He tried to set up the Harmony remote we have to be the only remote we would need but it wasn't set up properly when the first installers installed it so it is not as usable as it could be. But Jaime really tried to set it up. Bottom line, Jaime is excellent and I would happily recommend him to Anyone! You won't be sorry! Thank you Jaime and Dustin(?)! Great job!!

My dad referred me to HT express, noting a good experience in the past. Javier came out same day and worked with me on the schedule. We kept in touch throughout the day on when I'd be home from work, so we could coordinate the appointment. Great communication. He arrived. Very clean with my house and very respectful to not damage or mess anything up in my home (some contractors are way too careless with their equipment). He explained my options in terms of mount placement, and was respectful of me in terms of my extra requests to use a special bracket on the TV. Everything was explained to me in advance. Work was excellent - and I think be went above and beyond. Hooked up all my cables, my soundbar (and explained it to me since I didn't really know how to use it), and cleaned my TV too. Price was extremely reasonable for the experience and service. It was nice having everything be so easy, given the prior contractor I had to deal with (and still dealing with the fix all the bad work). Would highly recommend and use again. I attached a picture. As a note, I did not want the TV centered vertically. I wanted it where it is so it would be better for viewing in my opinion. This does leave a bigger gap above the TV, but it's what I wanted.
