Jeff came out the same day after we had a completely botched job by another installer that barely began our job. After surveying the home, he came back the next day and went straight to work. He worked hand-in-hand with painters that were at our home to ensure all of the work would be done the way we needed. Surround Sound: - Jeff ran wire and cut clean holes to get the downstairs surround sound done. The other installer we had previously screwed everything up and Jeff fixed everything perfect. - He was very clean with his installation and installed the wall bracket for speakers as well Outdoor Speakers: - Jeff ran speakers to our backyard and courtyard. All wires ran to where the surround sound speaker wire was coming out of CAT6 Outlets: - Upstairs, Jeff took multiple days in getting CAT6 to all of the guest rooms plus loft area with little to no crawl space in the attic. It was impressive how clean he was able to make it for the installers and finished within a good amount of time Jeff is not only fair on his pricing but he is very efficient. I have a home with a left over home automated system in a rack with wire hanging everywhere. Jeff made Mission Impossible POSSIBLE!! We wanted to mount our TV on a Marble and Brick fireplace. I went through 3 pages of "TV Mount" results and called over 10 contractors and none of them wanted to accept the challenge. When I said that I had a marble and brick fireplace, all the other contractors backed off and said it's not possible to drill through marble and brick. I hate to be the first one to write negative review but the level of unprofessionalism is beyond. I spoke with Jeff on Friday. Jeff spoke highly of his work and advised me that he can come and do the TV install on Sunday. We agreed that he would come Sunday after lunch. I attempted to get a specific time but Jeff would not give me a specific time. I text Jeff Sunday morning and the previous arrangement was confirmed. By 4:30, I text Jeff and requested a courtesy confirmation and find out if he was still coming. unfortunately, no return text or call. Well, it is now 8:57pm and not a single courtesy call or text. My entire Sunday went to waste. I. don't understand how some people do business. I told him I would be getting a few bids to ensure he gave a competitive quote. A few days passed and no quote was ever sent so I texted him that I didn't get a quote and he never bothered to respond. As others have said, Jeff is a great installer. He really takes his time and is meticulous about getting everything just the way you want it. He doesn't charge by the hour and goes the extra mile to tape everything on the wall (so you can visualize where the TV will go) and ensure he cleans everything up. Also, he's a nice personable guy. We recently completed a home remodel and we wanted to add an audio system to the exterior and interior of our home. I called several audio installation companies to compare estimates and get an idea of the best equipment for our needs. Jeff was extremely transparent about the cost of his services, meticulously breaking down the cost of the equipment and the cost of his labor. He ended up being the least expensive of the three quotes (same equipment). Once we discussed and agreed on the best system for our house, Jeff was able to schedule our installation within a few days. If you are looking to have a home theater installed, you need not look at anyone else! Over the course of the last 15 years I have had several Home Theater's installed. Without a doubt Jeff surpassed all others. He installed 3 TV's in our new home one being a home theater system, one simply a TV mounted on the wall, and the third in a wall unit with stereo system, this installation was so perfectly done the TV appears suspended in mid air. Speakers were perfectly installed in the walls and ceiling, and wires were pulled, and everything cleaned and patched when completed. The quality of his work is unsurpassed, he is neat, clean and thorough in every way. The installation was a difficult one, as he had to "sync up" 2 different amplifiers that shared a common enclosure, but, driving the audio/video for 2 systems in different rooms.
