I have a home with a left over home automated system in a rack with wire hanging everywhere. I called other services and got no response when I explained our situation with the closet full of electronics. I was lucky enough to find Superior HDTV Installation. The owner, Jeff , came over with in a hour. He looked at the system and said it was no problem. i called COX Cable, the guy came over and was confused, he looked at Jeff and asked for help. With in a couple of hours seven TVs were working, surround sound was sounding great. Let me say, Jeff came to the rescue. He is from Texas, polite and understanding., willing to help and make things work. Give him a call. David Culpepper read more

Jeff came out the same day after we had a completely botched job by another installer that barely began our job. After surveying the home, he came back the next day and went straight to work. He worked hand-in-hand with painters that were at our home to ensure all of the work would be done the way we needed. Surround Sound: - Jeff ran wire and cut clean holes to get the downstairs surround sound done. The other installer we had previously screwed everything up and Jeff fixed everything perfect. - He was very clean with his installation and installed the wall bracket for speakers as well Outdoor Speakers: - Jeff ran speakers to our backyard and courtyard. All wires ran to where the surround sound speaker wire was coming out of CAT6 Outlets: - Upstairs, Jeff took multiple days in getting CAT6 to all of the guest rooms plus loft area with little to no crawl space in the attic. It was impressive how clean he was able to make it for the installers and finished within a good amount of time Jeff is not only fair on his pricing but he is very efficient. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Jeff made Mission Impossible POSSIBLE!! We wanted to mount our TV on a Marble and Brick fireplace. I went through 3 pages of "TV Mount" results and called over 10 contractors and none of them wanted to accept the challenge. When I said that I had a marble and brick fireplace, all the other contractors backed off and said it's not possible to drill through marble and brick. Then, I came across Jeff on Yelp and he confidentially said he can do the project. He explained in detail on how it can be done on the call and came to see the fireplace before starting work to keep us at ease. Honestly, after getting rejected by multiple contractors, I really thought there was no way to mount my TV on the fireplace and started to question why Jeff was the only one who said he could. But he showed me photos from his previous projects and all photos looked amazing! I'm so glad I came across Jeff for my project! read more

I needed a new TV mounted. called a bunch of local companies and nobody would answer the phone or, those that did, were too busy and sorta rude. I called Superior and the owner, Jeff, was in the middle of a big job but he took the time to talk. I explained my frustration and he said that he'd help me out after he was done for the day with his big gig. He showed on time and had the TV mounted within an hour. Super cool guy who knows what he is doing. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Just had Jeff install a ceiling mount for us and am very pleased with the results! He was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. We have an old 1930's cottage so we were nervous about how an installation would go but it was no problem at all for Jeff. Nice to work with someone who clearly has a ton of experience. I also appreciate that the price I paid was consistent with what he quoted me over the phone. Definitely would recommend. read more

Jeff did a terrific job installing our TV. We were lucky to already have the wiring installed and hidden. He made sure that absolutely nothing else, like the cable box, was visible. Jeff is also reasonably priced, cleans up after himself, is personable and a good communicator. I highly recommend Superior HDTV. read more

Jeff was able to squeeze me in very last minute to install an electrical roll down projection screen and 4K projector in my living room. He was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job concealing all the wires through the wall and ceiling. Price was reasonable and he even came back a few times after the initial installation to fine tune everything. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend Jeff for home theater installations, TV mountings, whatever you need! read more

I called Jeff because I had to replace my old TV and ordered a new one on Amazon. I called last Sunday and Jeff said he is in the middle of a one week project, but he would leave early one day to help me out. He came three days later and not only did a remarkable job putting up the new TV, but helped me program the remote and get going again. He gets six stars for promptness, knowledge, professionalism, reasonable prices and being an all around swell guy. You can trust him. read more

I hate to be the first one to write negative review but the level of unprofessionalism is beyond. I spoke with Jeff on Friday. Jeff spoke highly of his work and advised me that he can come and do the TV install on Sunday. We agreed that he would come Sunday after lunch. I attempted to get a specific time but Jeff would not give me a specific time. I text Jeff Sunday morning and the previous arrangement was confirmed. By 4:30, I text Jeff and requested a courtesy confirmation and find out if he was still coming. unfortunately, no return text or call. Well, it is now 8:57pm and not a single courtesy call or text. My entire Sunday went to waste. I. don't understand how some people do business. Based on the reviews it seemed like he does a good job but unfortunately for him I'll be seeking it from someone else. read more

Jeff did and A+ job. He took his time to make it perfect. I kept repeating to him that he did the most fabulous job. No wires showing, just a clean perfect job. We had a TV hung above the fireplace. The living room now looks like a movie theatre! I'll be calling him to hang another TV in my sons room. Do not use anyone else but Jeff with Superior HDTV Installation He is the very best! read more

I have the same complaint as the previous poor review. Jeff, who seemed very nice, came to look at the work to give me an estimate. I told him I would be getting a few bids to ensure he gave a competitive quote. A few days passed and no quote was ever sent so I texted him that I didn't get a quote and he never bothered to respond. He may do great work, I don't know, but poor communication and business practices made me take my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give more stars I would. Jeff came out the next day and installed my 50" plasma over my fireplace. He is a really nice guy, did a great job and cleaned up after. I couldn't be happier. He is honest with his pricing. Don't look anywhere else. Thanks Jeff!! read more

An easy five stars. Jeff came over on schedule, did a beautiful installation, on budget, cleaned up and demonstrated how everything will work.Plus he easily beat Geek Squad and Costco for less $$$. Nice guy too. read more

As others have said, Jeff is a great installer. He really takes his time and is meticulous about getting everything just the way you want it. He doesn't charge by the hour and goes the extra mile to tape everything on the wall (so you can visualize where the TV will go) and ensure he cleans everything up. Also, he's a nice personable guy. Jeff did note in my conversation with him that he's been busier as of late and that he hasn't been able to squeeze people in as quickly as he'd like to (or was able to before he became so popular thanks to Yelp) so definitely plan ahead so you get the date/time you really want. Dude... Jeff is DA MAN!! If you are reading this then I assume you are shopping. Good for you. Its critical you do your research first so you know WTF is going on with mounting your expensive ass TV. I encourage you to go look around and call various places to get a feel. If you dont have time, then here you go. Hire this guy. If you have a moment, dont just read my review, go read the other comments! However, you wont regret getting Jeff to help you out. When you see him, you will quickly see he is old school. Dont let that fool you. Since hes not backed by a large corporation and his website link on Yelp is broken or non-existent, and even his business card is on the simple side, one may mistakenly think this guy is a Craigslist independent contractor with no skills. No No No... Jeff has awesome services, awesome knowledge, awesome prices, awesome everything. My job for him was standard text book crap, but did it well. Go call him up. solid, honest guy. Only thing I regret is not giving him a tip. Crap. I fackin forgot! So Jeff if you are reading this, I am sorry man!! Will pay you next time when I hire you back for sure! read more

If you are looking to have a home theater installed, you need not look at anyone else! Over the course of the last 15 years I have had several Home Theater's installed. Without a doubt Jeff surpassed all others. He installed 3 TV's in our new home one being a home theater system, one simply a TV mounted on the wall, and the third in a wall unit with stereo system, this installation was so perfectly done the TV appears suspended in mid air. Speakers were perfectly installed in the walls and ceiling, and wires were pulled, and everything cleaned and patched when completed. The quality of his work is unsurpassed, he is neat, clean and thorough in every way. The installation was a difficult one, as he had to "sync up" 2 different amplifiers that shared a common enclosure, but, driving the audio/video for 2 systems in different rooms. Universal remotes were programed to perfectly perform the necessary functions. Jeff is not only a meticulous worker, but a warm and wonderful man, I cannot give a stronger recommendation. read more

Jeff is a magician! He came and installed 5 in ceiling speakers, 2 outdoor speakers and mounted my tv above the fireplace all without any drywall damage! I can't say how impressed i am with his work. I called 3 other top rated installers. 1 said he couldn't perform the work with the built-in media cabinet i have. 1 wanted to cut up my entire wall and ceiling or hide cables in crown molding. Jeff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of current technology. His price was extremely fair. I completely recommend Jeff to any one who is looking for a home theater installer. I plan on using him for all future needs. read more

One of the best companies I have ever worked with. We started using Jeff about 5 years ago and continue to use him for any new AV projects and refer him to all of our friends and family any chance we get. Overall he has installed 8+ TVs and 3 in wall/ceiling surround sound systems. His work is flawless. Never any holes, cleans up completely after himself, and is a pleasure to work with. Give him a call! You will not be disappointed!!! read more

We recently completed a home remodel and we wanted to add an audio system to the exterior and interior of our home. I called several audio installation companies to compare estimates and get an idea of the best equipment for our needs. Jeff was extremely transparent about the cost of his services, meticulously breaking down the cost of the equipment and the cost of his labor. He ended up being the least expensive of the three quotes (same equipment). Once we discussed and agreed on the best system for our house, Jeff was able to schedule our installation within a few days. Jeff offered to come on a Sunday (before Memorial Day) so we could enjoy our equipment over the holiday. He would not accept a penny from us until the job was complete and to our satisfaction. We appreciate Jeff's professionalism throughout our entire installation. To sum it up, if you are looking for TV/Audio installation services stop looking. Jeff is the best in the area!
