Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. I had given him a list of everything I expected, which matched our conversation the day of his bid. They did a wonderful job, attending to everything on my list, and I was very happy. After many hours of calls, texts, and at-home visits with different landscapers, I received several quotes that were all around the same price. Ultimately, I went with Even at Green Land due to his kindness and open communication-- and I cannot tell you how happy I am with that decision! When Even first visited my home to look at the space, he was so thorough in his explanation of the work required as well as the pros and cons of certain plants, rocks, and other features. Even was super knowledgeable and courteous, asking if we owned pets (we don't) as one of the plants wouldn't be ideal for curious pets that could bite into it. I could tell that he truly cared about the quality and longevity of his work. As we moved forward (and as I waited for HOA approval...), Even also sent pictures of the plants and rocks we discussed, just to make sure they were what I wanted.
