I had been using this car wash regularly since May without any issues. However, on July 3, the wash…read morebroke the third brake light on my vehicle. The car wash denied responsibility and claimed the damage already existed, relying on photos that were taken after the incident to support their decision. I disagree with that conclusion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this car wash. If your vehicle is damaged, don't expect them to take responsibility or work with you toward a fair resolution. The only thing they offered me was to cancel my membership. After looking through other reviews, I realized I'm not the only customer who has reported vehicle damage followed by a denied claim. I had hoped they would make things right, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Now that the weather is better, I began bringing my vehicles to Rapid Express Flex Wash. I am kind…read moreof picky as to where I take my cars and I finally decided to give them a try. This location has gone through a few changes over the last couple of years. I was hoping that this latest incarnation would feature touchless/brushless washing; unfortunately, it does not. There are no car washes in the area that feature touchless washing. I was pleased after my first visit that I opted for a monthly membership. The membership options vary in price from $20 to $40 and allow you unlimited visits each month. A bar scanner is placed on the inside of the windshield, which allows you through the gates, bypassing the entrance staff. I selected the $40 "Extreme" membership; however, I have not been receiving all the services promised. I think it is because the staff has no idea what you have paid for once you have passed through the gates. I will give it one more wash before deciding whether to keep this membership, or not. Probably not...

Great new place I will just once over my car next time. They also spray your car with a nice scent and give you three air fresheners and 2 car wipes which is just nice.

The good: I like the two guys, presumably the owner and another staff, who came. They were polite,…read morecommunicative when their estimated time needed to be adjusted, and pulled a lot of gunk out of my car. The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
