Took the chairs to their shop (parking is a bit of a challenge) and Bryan said as he did over the phone that it would take a couple weeks. Took them in on Monday morning, got a call on Thursday, and both were ready for pickup. They did a great job. I only wish I'd have found them several years ago. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They did what I asked for a fair price and beat their timeline to heck.

Excellent communication - response within a day of my inquiry and an appointment set within two days, including an onsite estimate. The estimate even included pickup and delivery, which was a nice perk. The estimate showed that I actually needed less work done than I'd planned for. Unexpected but also nice to see. The lead time between estimate and pickup was about three weeks, but it wasn't a "must be done NOW" project and that time passed pretty quickly. Once the cushions actually got picked up, they were restuffed and delivered within two days. Price was very reasonable and definitely competitive with other vendors. Would hire again for furniture projects, no question.
