Both worked non-stop searching both inside and outside for the source of the water. Both were such gentlemen and went over and above. They set the water softener to regen that night. They told me they would come out next day if water recurred. It ran that night, but nothing happened. I'll continue to call Seiter when something goes wrong. Very dependable company!

I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! He said he would contact us when the part was in and then repair the display. 2 months later and a couple texts to his phone, we received no response. I then contacted CJS appliance repair found through my Lowes extended warranty company for a Samsung stove (I do not recommend Samsing stoves. Nothing but a problem). Courtney came out and immediately diagnosis the problem. He said we would drive to Cincinnati and get the part that was available. 2 hours later the stove display was fixed when the other company could not fix after 2 months.
