With the fantastic help from Jaden, who tested my battery and then gave me very helpful advice about what I should do, I asked him to replace it for me. He was super helpful in determining which battery would fit my car, and of course the installation was perfect. Overall, his customer service was amazing. A bushing that was used on GM cars from 1964 through 1988 and this guy can't find the part. So I hung us and got on Amazon. In 1 minute I found the part and ordered it. Downside is I have to wait 3 days for delivery. How is it that Amazon has many, many different products and categories and is able to do a great job of fulfilling orders where NAPA has one category (auto parts) and can't find a simple bushing? What else do you have to do NAPA besides find auto parts? And this is not the first time I have had issues with this store. I have in the past called different NAPA stores out of my area to obtain a part number my local Charles Town store couldn't or wouldn't find and provide it to them so I could pick the part up locally.
