He gave us samples to take home and see how they looked in the house, then came out and measured everything. The guy who delivered the wood wasn't the fastest unfortunately, but the guys who installed it were great. They worked hard and consistently, not slacking off or messing around with their time. They were economical with their cuts, so there was still quite a bit of wood left over which I kept in case of damage in the future. They cleaned everything up very well and left the home looking great.

Everyone was great, I'm grateful I chose this company. Everyone seems so nice, genuine, and professional. I have attached my before and after floor photos. I had my kitchen re-tiled, and my whole house re-floored with a beautiful wood-like laminate, that's excellent for scratch and water resistance. I absolutely love my results, even the photos don't do it justice how beautiful it looks!

Due to pricing, we then decided to try River City Flooring out of San Antonio. River City Flooring beat the local companies estimates by a lot. And, the product they offered was far superior to anything else we found. Plus, since River City Flooring buys directly from the supplier and stores it in their warehouse, they had the product in stock and were able to complete the project a few days after we first contacted them. Not only was it Quick, their installers did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs flooring and I would use them again. Unfortunately this isn't a 5 star review because the service I received was lackluster at best…read more After scratching the floors they just installed, the crew came back on Monday to reinstall the plank they damaged during the previous Friday's install. Having purchased the vinyl plank myself from a big box store, they fixed their issue at my cost as it required them to use 5 more boxes of planks to complete the job to my satisfaction and if I hadn't bought significant amount extra they wouldn't have been able to fix the job at all. Additionally, setting aside the quality of the work, the attention to detail by the Project manager was lacking - he was more interested in leaving on Friday evening than seeing the job (including moving the pieces of furniture back into the home from the backyard) through to completion. He again left on Monday evening for a second time without evening checking the work his team was completing. I had to also initiate the contact on late Monday morning because he never followed up regarding the time that they would be able to come out to repair the issues described above. Lastly, after giving me an initial quote and helping to schedule the install the owner was nowhere to be found through all the issue described above. I would not choose this company again, as a small company like this should pride itself on the quality of work and attention to detail - neither of which was present in this engagement. Update: The owner did reach out to provide a refund to cover the cost of the additional plank used in repairs. Updating to reflect the attempt to make things right.

The dustless demo team who were at our house for 3 days did an excellent job especially moving and protecting our furniture and walls. Just so you know dustless demo is not totally dustless but WOW, it is kept to a minimum. Rafe, Jeremiah and Michael who installed the LVP are true professionals and artists! There work is impeccable especially the stairs. They were also perfectionists. On the very last day of install, I noticed a flaw in one of the planks right in the middle of the kitchen. Rafe made no hesitation in saying he needed to pull up all the molding and planks to replace that one board. I felt so bad but was blown away with his attitude to make sure the floor was perfect! John and Joseph who did the carpet instal did an excellent job as well. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to stay late to finish their portion in one day.
