And they did it all with a very reasonable cost. We had them do a ton of projects at our house and are very happy with all of the work. I know I will continue to leverage them as we have more projects around the house.

We have used Capitol Handyman for multiple renovation projects and will 100% keep going back to…read morethem as needed. They have helped us completely renovate two bathrooms with custom showers, cabinets, and non standard tiles, retiled and painted our basement, painted our staircase wooden railings, and installed marmoleum flooring in our kitchen. Each time, David came up with creative and viable options for us, advised and accommodated us on any custom requests, kept us up to date on timeline, and made sure to check in with us on any decisions as the project evolved. David's crew is also very skilled, professional, courteous, and meticulous. They all have a very high sense of quality as evidenced by how well the tile fitting and flooring came out (we live in an old row house so nothing is straightforward). David also has a network of special contractors that he pulls in for special tasks (like installing a glass shower door). Their pricing is also reasonable , especially considering the value and peace of mind you get with David and his crew's professionalism.

We created a project on Yelp, and Juan responded with a genuine reply, having clearly read our request and reviewed our pictures. We set up a time for a quote, and Juan arrived promptly as discussed. He removed the rotting wood, replaced the damaged structure, painted, cleaned, and hauled away the debris. The whole time he was communicative and reliable--he arrived exactly when discussed and wrapped up the work within the time frame he estimated. We will absolutely call Juan again for any repairs around our house.
