Not sure why people have rated this place five stars because it's far from it. From the moment you walk in the place looks questionable. Folks working here have very limited English. I bought a groupon and went in for a one hour solo massage. Per groupom your getting a deal...but anyone can walk in and get a $35 massage. While waiting for room they asked me to share room with a gentleman..because they were busy...so basically it was a couples massage yet we didn't know each other. The massage room like everything else looked questionable as well. The gentleman massaging me didn't really seem like a professional massager specially when he was saying things like "you are beautiful" kind of hard to feel relaxed with comments like that on a massage table. Massage room towards front you could hear when someone walked in with chimes and staff walked in room asking questions to workers several times.. Bought a Groupon for this place and I was surprised how soon I was able to schedule my appointment. It was a couples massage but I went with my pregnant daughter. As soon as we walked in, we realized the place looked questionable. The people who work there barely speak English so they don't understand if you want to give them specific instructions. The room was ghetto and it felt more like physical therapy than a spa. No aromas of any kind and even though the massages were ok, the people are not professionals so it didn't feel like relaxing. As other people mentioned the coupon is the "regular" price of their service and anyone can walk in and get the same deal. Please don't go here if you are expecting quality service. Bought a groupon for a couples massage. Booked same day without issue. Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment only to find out that they gave it away to another couple. Not sure if they thought that couple was us, but clearly they didn't verify because I provided my name and phone when I made the appointment. They offered to have us come back in an hour, but we couldn't due to other obligations. Really disappointing. 6-18-15 I do have to give them credit for contacting me following the appointment to apologize and make good on their mistake. read more

Overall experience was below average. There were few problems to start with. 1. The massage room is at the entrance - there is always a sound of someone coming in. Also, it is very congested, two beds were squeezed to fit in. 2. It was very difficult to communicate with them in English may be due to the accent. 3. Groupon charges and the actual charges reflect the same - it is 35$. So there is pretty much no discounts on the actual price. 4. I had an excellent 60 minute full body message. The therapist was great and very attentive, frequently check in to see if pressure, feel ok. The message included stretches, repositioning of extremities to get various angles of the muscle. The message included hot stone and warm towels that felt great and refreshing. The facility was sanitary but not modern and communication was a challenge. Overall I couldn't ask for more for the price, extremely economical for the times. When I read reviews on here, it seemed they were having specials, $35/hr. I went in their today for 1hr reflexology. Since the reviews on a gentleman werent so good, I prefered for a female masseuse, but she wasn't available. So I had a male therapist worked on my feet. He wasnt creepy as others experienced. He was very quiet, worked on my feet and calves very thoroughly. At the end of 1 hr reflexology, he also briefly massaged on my upper thighs and knees. Overall, this place is a hidden gem in Hartford area. For $35/hr, you cant ask for better service. I'm def going back to try body massage soon! read more

Ok so here's the deal- when you first walked in the place doesn't look like your typical spa but the massage was very good. Lily and Jennifer did an excellent job with the couples massage. They got to the pressure points and worked all the knots out from your head to your toes. For the price it was excellent. Definitely recommend it and will be returning. read more

Great massage! I went for a couples massage with my fiance, and they really listened to what we wanted in terms of pressure and where we had knots or pain and focused on those areas. It may look like a "hole in the wall" type place from outside and when you first walk in, but if you're not looking for a "spa-type" experience, and just for the best massage in the area, this is the place to go! Outside and inside made me feel very uncomfortable from the start. Lady who I thought was just a receptionist spoke very little English but also turned out to be my masseuse. I did not feel comfortable at all. I only took off my tank top but she tried to take off my bra without asking. Bc of oil. On the bright side massage was good but I could not really relax bc I felt so uncomfortable. Also she pulled down my pants partially again without asking or warning and when I said something she said bc of oil. Atmosphere wasn't peaceful at all. I was able to hear person next room over getting a massage. Also kept getting up and stopping to go to front and switched masseuse without telling me. First time had Sky he was amazing! Was kinda slow at first massaging with blanket on then he got into it and it was great. His foot massage is unparalleled. Sadly he quit. So then I had Janny cuz I had 3 visits she was good but I was definitely sore to the touch after, worth it though no knots. Went today and the women I had clearly is not licensed or professional! She massaged the whole time through the blanket (no skin contact) til I had enough of her manipulating my neck, I said just do my feet to which she did my legs for 15 mins finally got the my feet, not relaxing or helpful at all. Jessica is great and you go there for a massage. If you a snobby type like from Glastonbury, Simsbury or Avon, you will not like the modest building or the little English of the workers. No better massage for $35.00. Very friendly, hot towels, hot stones if you want them. Don't listen to the whiners you left poor reviews, let them go back home and eat caviar and gossip all day. So like many other people I received the groupon for a couples massage and as I first pulled up I noticed the place didn't look the best on the outside but was still hoping it would be a great massage . As my boyfriend and I walked in the atmosphere was dark and relaxing . The lady at the front desk greeted us but was kind of rude asking if we had a groupon almost as if she had an issue with it , which if they don't want people using groupons then don't sell them !! As we got situated in our tiny room our two ladies came to start massaging us with blankets on . Not only were the ladies speaking in Chinese while massaging which made it hard to relax but they switched from my bf to me . The ladies were in and out of the room while in the background I could hear people being loud outside . My lady started out good but ended up being very rough almost to the point where I was squirming . On the other hand my boyfriend said his lady wasn't rough enough . Finally after the massage we get dressed and head to the front and all of the ladies are standing there with water for us which was nice but of course as we start to walk out they show us a sign that pretty much forces us to tip and a min of $10 ????? I work in the cosmetology field and have no problem giving gratuity but to be forced and the service was mediocre was very annoying . I was trying to be a sweet girlfriend to my fiance and get us a couples massage for Valentines day. I found this place on groupon with good reviews so i bought em! I was so excited to find that they had appointments available! ... now i know why. Upon walking in to this place i immediately noticed how dirty and unorganized it was. We were greeted but no one knew what we were saying and we did now understand what they were saying. No one spoke English. Finally I just pulled out my groupon app and this helped with some guidance. I was very uncomfortable at this point. A couple comes out of a room and leave, and no longer than 3 minutes they are pulling us into the same room. I really feel like they may not have changed the sheets... actually i cant even call them sheets. What we were directed to lay on were dirty dingy looking BEACH TOWELS! At least mine was white, my fiances was CHEETA PRINT! Were we were supposed to put our faces was covered with paper towels... I am still grossed out thinking about this experience. I was uncomfortable the whole time. I would have immediately left if my fiance didnt ask me to just give it a try. As soon as i got home we both showered. Unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this place. I am surprised they are even open. Do massage parlors have certain health criteria they must meet to remain open like any other place? We had an appt. on 4/3 for 2 pm for a couples massage that I called and booked over 3 weeks prior to that, since we received a groupon from someone as a wedding gift. When we walked in and there was another couple waiting as well for a 2pm appointment for a couples massage and there was also another women that was waiting that said she also had an appt.. for 2 pm. I was very upset and the workers looked shocked and stunned that so many people had appointments and NO ONE spoke english to top it off. Next thing you know, 2 other couples walk in that said they also had a 2pm appt. for couples massages as well. There were only 3 workers there and no one knew what to do. They then proceeded to get someone that worked at the Nail salon next store to come in and help do massages - I was appalled!!! My husband and I waited for a few moments, and then decided once one of the couples went into the room and then proceeded to walk out, saying that this isnt what they signed up for, it was dirty and disgusting and there was kleenex's over the head pieces that you are supposed to put your head on, that we wanted no part of this establishment, we walked out of the place with the couple and we both walked out in disgust. It was dirty and you can tell they are not licensed. I will never ever go back there and I hope others do the same. This is not what licensed places are supposed to do.
