Every time I had the water tested and it recommended a chemical I needed, they would run to the shelf and grab the chemical without asking me if I already had the chemical. I even tried their home analyzer. Once I figured out how to use it, it seemed to do a good job of analyzing. The problem with Leslie's is that they only treat the current issue, they don't give ways to maintain a pool. They also don't look at other things that might be causing the problem, such as a filter that needs it's sand to be changed. They only want to throw chemicals at the problem. I also find their chemicals higher priced than other stores.

In the Fall of 2017 before we moved in, Matt Knick and his team designed a drainage, irrigation and…read morelandscaping plan for our brand-new home at Countryside Gardens in Covington. They completed the work ahead of time and helped with so many things - an extra drain to help with the water into the swale which was diverted to keep from undermining the neighbors garden (which was over on our property), to mention just a one. Everything is thriving now that we have reached the hot, humid summer weather and we are secure in the knowledge that our drainage system (here in wet Louisiana) will function to take the run-off water out to the street and not drown our grass or plants. Matt recently came out to assess the drainage after a new garden bed was installed and they will install two more drains to cover this. Many thanks, to Matt, Aaron and the rest of the team!
