Every time I had the water tested and it recommended a chemical I needed, they would run to the shelf and grab the chemical without asking me if I already had the chemical. I even tried their home analyzer. Once I figured out how to use it, it seemed to do a good job of analyzing. The problem with Leslie's is that they only treat the current issue, they don't give ways to maintain a pool. They also don't look at other things that might be causing the problem, such as a filter that needs it's sand to be changed. They only want to throw chemicals at the problem. I also find their chemicals higher priced than other stores.

Just received another compliment on the pool that Pleasure Pools designed and built for me! A new pool maintenance company came to my home to assess taking-on the routine cleaning of my pool. They couldn't have been more complimentary of the overall aesthetic of the design, and were equally impressed by the quality of the pool equipment. A few years ago, when I wanted to have a pool installed, I interviewed several local companies. Aimee Elam of Pleasure Pools was the only person who took the time to create the perfect pool for me, taking into account all of my needs and wishes, while making excellent design suggestions. Homer Elam was on the jobsite from start to finish, making sure that everything turned out perfect! Pleasure Pools is a top-notch example of how a business should be run.
