She could only come at an inconvenient time when I had to reschedule another appointment. She was 15 minutes late. She didn't call or apologize. She knew I had to leave and rushed to do the measurements. She was so disrespectful to me and my house. She broke a treasured handmade piece of pottery and got angry and blamed me for being a horrible person when I told her the value of the item. She refused to pay the value and as a non art professional told me the value of the item and paid half the value. She ran out the door blaming me for being a horrible person and said she was not doing the job.

He came by several times himself to inspect the work and made himself fully available at any time for questions or advice I might have, chief among which was selecting the right mini-split to meet the HVAC needs of the office. He was able to help us design what we wanted. We went over things like wood type, paint colors etc. He did our install in two days by himself. He built our mudroom cabinets and painted off site. He is a craftsman woodworker and it is great to watch someone work at his craft and see our vision come to fruition. Austin truly helped our dream mudroom come true.
