She could only come at an inconvenient time when I had to reschedule another appointment. She was 15 minutes late. She didn't call or apologize. She knew I had to leave and rushed to do the measurements. She was so disrespectful to me and my house. She broke a treasured handmade piece of pottery and got angry and blamed me for being a horrible person when I told her the value of the item. She refused to pay the value and as a non art professional told me the value of the item and paid half the value. She ran out the door blaming me for being a horrible person and said she was not doing the job.

Fine, but we'll be months without shades and now we start all over with a hopefully reputable company. UPDATE: 15 days after a promise of a refund in 5-7 days, STILL NO REFUND!
