In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

This project was mainly focused on renovating our primary bathroom along with exterior painting, deck repairs and additional electrical work. The reasons we keep hiring Munoz Construction is because they do excellent work and Jose Munoz communicates very well throughout the project so there are no misunderstandings and the customer gets exactly what they want. Jose's teams are always respectful of our home, making sure to cover the floor with drop cloths and cleaning up thoroughly before leaving for the day. Jose is meticulous about everything being done properly to achieve the best possible result. We couldn't recommend Munoz Construction more highly. This is the only general contractor we will use as we trust them implicitly.

To be honest, it was an easy decision after speaking with Jose Munoz, Owner. Jose was gracious with his time, answered all our questions and presented us with options. Once we signed, the work commenced within a few weeks and the same professionalism we saw in Jose carried through to his team. Pedro and Armando showed up on time each morning and took great care in the work they did as well as an amazing job cleaning up each and every day. Jose stopped by once or twice a day to review the work, ask us for our decisions on various areas of the project and make sure we were totally satisfied with the work being done. He is also highly responsive to calls, texts and email communication. After three weeks we had a beautiful new bathroom save the shower door that will be installed shortly. We look forward to working with Jose and his team on other projects and have already talked to him about some interior and exterior painting we're looking to have done. Great work and competitively priced!

We used KDC to renovate our Kitchen, Master Bathroom, and fix some other issues around the house that involved tiling, plumbing, drywall, etc. We first started with KDC on the kitchen, where we had them install all new countertops, and replace our cabinets, basically a whole kitchen renovation. They handled everything and had people for plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical. Everything was handled for us with minimal involvement other than picking out materials. It was one of the easiest experiences where we picked out what we wanted in their showroom and had their project manager coming to the house to review progress on a consistent basis. With how smoothly the kitchen went, we had KDC fix our guest bathroom where things went just as smooth, and then do a whole renovation of the master bathroom. Similarly, we picked out all of the materials in their showroom and the results were amazing. The quality and craftsmanship is very detailed, with new cabinets, tiling, moving different fixtures to new locations, and installation of everything flawlessly. They even alerted us to a cheaper countertop option that still met our needs. All in all, it seems like KDC worked on half the house and did some in a timely and expert way. We've recommended them to friends and happy to do so for others. It was refreshing trusting someone to do a great job with minimal supervision and we're thrilled with the results.

We also needed a storm door installed on our front door. Finally, we needed some tile-work completed in our kitchen. We purchased everything from Smoot Lumber, Lowe's, and Ideal Tile, and Smoot provided a few recommendations for contractors. We got a few bids, and decided to go with Finished Touches, LLC. We ended up being *really* pleased with their work. (My background is in residential real estate development, so I know good work when I see it...) There was a lot of attention to detail. When questions came up, the folks at Finished Touches would ask us - as opposed to just "guessing" and moving forward. They were doing our doors, so we gave them a key, and they were very trustworthy. They were also very respectful of our recently refinished hardwood floors, white basement carpet, and new kitchen appliances. Because our Smoot and Lowe's orders came in at different times, our schedule was pretty loose, but Finished Touches was okay with that. Finally, their prices were very reasonable, and aside from their awesome tile-guy, they self-performed their work. These are good guys - definitely check them out if you're doing renovations on your place. (Note: We did our own door and door hardware schedule, and paid for all items ourselves. Finished Touches picked up the items at the retailers for us.)

I cannot recommend George and Panorama Remodeling highly enough, they are truly best in class…read more I have worked with a wide range of contractors over the years, from "high-end" firms that change-ordered me to death, to cost-effective independent contractors who ultimately proved unreliable and dishonest. George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.
