It is super easy... if you have any issues, go in and the staff will be glad to help you. They don't make you feel like it is truly no problem and you are not ignorant if you don't understand. Time waiting in the waiting room (or involved your car!) when you have an appt takes little time. I was told that they're appointment only for few months and I have to go to the Paso Lab Corp and that is they can access my information in the computer. I went to Paso only to be told they don't have access to the lab corp information in Templeton. So I just made an appointment online for Monday. Monday comes and the only person working couldn't retrieve my standing order online and told me their system has been down since this morning. I told her my doctor faxed it on Tuesday last week so she should have it. She said she can't find it online and she pulled out a binder with faxed orders. While I was on the phone calling my doctor's office, she said she found it, online! I honestly think she doesn't know what she's doing in the front desk, this place needs to hire someone computer and file savvy. She was also the same person that told me that Paso lab corp has access to all lab corp location which is not true! I like this location because it's close to home but I will not be returning here for a good 6 months or until they have full staff back. Customer service and communication is absolutely lacking.

I have to get labs done often, I did mention that to the lady and let her know my good vein has been accessed quite a bit, and they typically use a butterfly needle to avoid more trauma when they can't access my other veins. She stuck me with a regular gauge in my easy to access overused vein, and I can honestly say, I've never had a poke hurt, but it did. Given the timeframe I came, I was able to get in and out fairly quickly, which was the upside. With that said, my overall experience left me not feeling great when I walked out the door. When you battle any chronic condition, lab work is routine in your day to day. To feel as if you are a nuisance to an individual who is paid to provide A service, professionalism and care shouldn't be an exception. It doesn't cost much to have human decency, you don't know what it's taken for that person just to get to that appointment. Do better.

Her interaction with older people coming in (needing help because of the entire online scheduling debacle) she was beyond helpful and kind! I made my appointment online and showed up early. I was taken back at my scheduled time. The only thing I would recommend is that this LabCorp needs more than 2 phlebotomist. They do the draws and run the tests. They are quick and professional once you get back to the blood drawing room.

I am a hard draw and today was a bit tricky but Lisa got the job done as usual! I was there at 7am and there were already three people ahead of me but Strong was on top of it and had everyone checked in and moving in no time. I heard a gentleman in the lobby tell the man next to him, "this place is a well oiled machine" Lisa and the other technician...I didn't get her name, were quick and efficient but took extra time with a young lady that got a bit light headed...all three staff members were on it and made sure she was stable before she left with her mom. Staff was friendly, and Lisa, my assigned "vampire" was extremely good. She laughed at my jokes, and made a procedure that no one likes quite pleasant. The needle stick didn't hurt at all, and the whole process, start to finish, went really quick. I know some people have complained about being asked to wear masks (as of July 2023, they are no longer required) or long wait times. If you don't want to wait, shoot for mid morning, and if the waiting room is jammed, come back another time. I super hate having bloodwork done, but this was actually a good experience.
