Dr. Kaplan actually went through all of that paperwork I had to fill out with me. We had a great discussion about my overall health, what brought me there, and how she might help me. Apparently, when a sick patient recently arrived for a scheduled appointment, the staff turned them away because they were sick (could be COVID you know, or not). Requesting that they at least talk to the doctor about their illness via teleconference during their scheduled appointment time, they were seemingly told NO, the doctor can't talk to you (too busy - even though the visit was scheduled?)! So... it seems you should only go to the doctor if you are feeling well... If you can brave the Soviet-style receptionists or somehow sneak past them, the rest is fine.

The office staff are good too. The one who stands out mostly with me over all these years is Allison. She pretty precise. The medical assistants and nurses are awesome as well. I initially went to her for my child's lack of focus and behavior and what I received at the end was a serious gut infection that lasted over six months. Her protocol consisted of over 30 "natural supplements" per day, the majority, several times per day, for months, which by the way also costs a fortune. But don't ever complain about how much all these things costs because she will throw that in your face at a later time. It shifted my child's gut so significantly, that every board certified physician I consulted with, including pediatric gastroenterologists and functional nutritionists stated she should be held accountable for implementing such aggressive methods on such a little body. But wait, you are obligated to sign a 50 page contract that no one has the time to fully read and you are so desperate to help your child that you sign away your rights if she messes up. Lesson learned!!!! My poor child lost 10 pounds in a matter of two months, couldn't eat, sleep or attend any social events because of how ill he became. I trusted her and followed through with her protocol for months on end because "oh she had 4+ stars she must be good, right??" Not only was there ZERO improvement, but levels of colon inflammation that you would not believe. I put my child through hell and back with numerous appointments for months on end and I spent thousands trying to fix what she did. If you believe in holistic approaches, this is not what you are getting here.
