Oak Tree was fantastic in my septic inspection and tank sweep during my recent home purchasing process. Bob was an absolute delight on the phone and was already ready to answer any of my questions. Matt was also fantastic - he immediately noticed we had two septic tanks and informed me first before preforming the inspection so I wasn't caught off guard at the end being charged twice, and then walked me through each of his concerns. My only recommendation to the team is to consider a more user friendly report - it is written in paragraph form which as someone who is buying a house with septic for the first time was hard to read. I think maybe adding a brief section at the end just bulleting each action item would make it easier to read. But that would not prevent me from using them again. read more

We hired Oak Tree to do the septic inspection on our new home purchase. I was at the new home during a home inspection and they were scheduled to do the septic inspection for 2:30 pm. Matt from Oak Tree was driving by and notice us outside, so he stopped by. Luckily for us, he walked me through the process on how the septic system works and where everything for the septic system was on the property and inside the home. I wish I can say I had good news but I do not. Oak tree was very professional and identified 3 major faults with my septic tank which inevitably caused it to fail. They were prompt, professional, and precise and I cant make them not find faults when they exists but they gave me a detailed report back in a timely manner, they discounted the inspection since it failed prior to the load test, also said they would guide me through the new system once installed so as to keep the septic running well through the course of its lifetime. read more
