Nice and clean, friendly staff. Do not have breakfast, but because the internet said they do we were given coupons. Will stay here again.

We made a reservation for this property by calling the Cobblestone's Wyoming telephone number…read more Unbeknownst to us, our call was routed to a 3rd party reservation firm and they made the reservation. They also billed us for the room that day. That should have been a red flag. I let that item of note go as we were told that a cancellation was available if needed. Sadly, they did not share the details of what would occur with the cancellation if it was needed. Due to an illness, we called the hotel to cancel our reservation some 36 hours out. The hotel clerk told us that they could not cancel this because they did not make the reservation. Instead, they referred us to another vendor. After wading through the many menu options and a wait on hold (what a treat that is!), it was explained that this vendor also did not know anything about our reservation and we were referred back to the hotel. Sounds like a Catch 22 or a nightmare, doesn't t? I found a number on my AMEX Card statement for the reservation firm who billed us and called them. They were able to cancel the reservation, sadly with only the taxes being refunded. One nights stay was held back as a cancellation penalty. We were penalized for simply cancelling. I could understand that policy of we cancelled the "day of", but 36 hours out? Please!!! It was explained to me that that is their policy, not a policy that was fully explained to me at the time of the reservation. They have a policy and so do i! My policy is to let people know about this scam. As of this posting, that is where it stands. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL FOR A RESERVATION. IT IS A RIPOFF!! A TENT OR A TIPI WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE!!

Nice room, friendly staff; good breakfast…read more - - - - - - - - May, 2025 Visit My wonderful wife and I were able to enjoy a getaway weekend, with a visit to Devils Tower, WY; we flew through Denver and drove to NE Wyoming. The last trip we stayed in Cheyenne and had a nice visit; this time, we wanted to get a bit further north before stopping for the night, and Torrington is a good location; our flight was late, so we arrived just before midnight, quite tired, and the staff had us in our room within 2-3 minutes of walking in the front door - appreciated as we were asleep within minutes. The room was nice, the night and morning staff friendly, and the breakfast a good way to start the day. While we didn't get a change to use them, they have a pool and exercise room. The views from the parking lot are expansive in this beautiful, open country. The Holiday Inn is located around 20-30 minute from Scotts Bluff National Monument - we recommend a visit and recommend staying at the Holiday Inn when you visit Scotts Bluff. I am writing to formally report a concerning incident involving discrimination against my service…read moreanimal that occurred during my stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Scottsbluff, located at 902 Winter Creek Drive, Scottsbluff, NE 69361. On 05/05/25, while I was seated in the dining area where I had been for several hours, a staff member approached me during breakfast service and asked me to leave the area with my task-trained service dog. When I inquired about where I should eat instead, I was directed to either sit in the lobby seating area or at the business center. This occurred despite my having previously explained--both at check-in and again during this incident--that my animal is a service dog, not a pet. The staff member claimed that my removal from the dining area was "for the other guests" and referenced a document I had signed at check-in. However, the document in question pertains to pets, not service animals, which are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Throughout my time in the dining area, my service dog was properly positioned under the table and out of the way, as required by proper service animal handling protocols. This incident was not only extremely embarrassing, as I was forced to gather my belongings and relocate in front of other guests, but it also represents a violation of my rights under the ADA. According to the ADA, businesses that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is normally allowed to go. I filed a complaint with corporate. When corporate called the hotel, the staff reported that I carried my dog through the food line. My dog is a 50-pound Staffordshire mix. Sincerely,
