I drive 25 minutes just to go to this dentist and I am ok with that. It all started from my first call to this office. I felt as if i was speaking to someone that I have known for years. My first visit was a dental cleaning. The hygienist was nice and she explained everything clearly. I've decided to do some fillings work and scheduled an appointment. They gave me a quote for the filling replacement. My insurance covers 100% and I have to pay $0. The night before the appointment they called me and said the insurance covers 70% and the rest should be out of my pocket. Apparently, the quote, they gave me, was inaccurate and they waited for the last minute to tell me that. Very unprofessional. read more

I've been really nervous about going to the dentist for a long time. In the past I've visited Western dental and the experience was pretty bad, leaving a bad taste in my mouth for ever returning to another dentist office again. Everyone that I spoke to within Oak tree dental were incredible They calmed my nerves and made me feel as if I was actually important. My experience with Oak tree dental was nothing short of amazing. These people really care. In particular the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth and took my x-ray was really on it. Anyone who has taken x-rays at the dentist knows how uncomfortable it can be and she did everything she could to make me feel as comfortable as I can both during x-rays and while cleaning my teeth I apologize for not remembering her name. I'll be returning on the 18th to have some more work done I was really pleased and I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I want to also mention that if you need work done and you're scared of COVID-19 these people have a really good system in place. I was told to park my car and call the office once I arrive they then came out took my temperature and asked me a few questions in the regards to COVID-19. Wow... I don't even know where to begin. First off, my anxiety is at an all time high when it comes to dental work. I've had a few horrific experiences that basically traumatized me when it comes to going to the dentist. Root canals in particular throw me into extreme panic. After only two visits, I feel more comfortable than I've ever felt at a dental office. In my new patient paperwork, I stated that my anxiety was a level 10 when it comes to being nervous for dental work. I didn't expect everyone that I came in contact with to know that other than my Dentist. The dental assistants were aware also and they made sure that I was comfortable from the time that I walked in until the moment I left. Even during my cleaning, Randi made sure that I wasn't feeling any pain and that I was calm. After the cleaning, Dr. Riad came in to give me the news that I was dreading to hear... I needed another root canal. He reassured me that I would not lose another tooth, and that from here on out, they will be building not removing any teeth. I instantly felt relieved. Yesterday, I had the root canal, and I went from shaking in my seat to being completely calm in minutes. Dr. Riad and his assistant made sure that I was numb and went as slowly as I needed them to go to ensure that I was comfortable. I've NEVER felt more comfortable and safe with a dental practice in my entire life. From the dentist, dental assistants, and even the financial coordinator was just an overall wonderful experience. They were able to work with us financially which is also rare to find. Before the office closed, I received a phone call to check in on me and to see how I was doing. It wasn't from an assistant... it was Dr. Riad himself! That was the icing on the cake for me. Thats a dentist who truly cares about the well being of their patients. I was very happy with my experience at the dental office of Dr. Melissa Lipat this month of January 2012. Dr. Lipat does an excellent job of explaining oral health and dental concerns. She is careful, friendly, experienced and very professional with a true concern for her patients. Dawn is excellent as Dr. Lipat's assistant. My procedure was an dental extraction that was nearly painless.!! My dentist for the next 100 years will be Dr. Lipat.! Wonderful dentist that filled a few cavities in my son's month and pulled out my son's 4 wisdom teeth that were all below the gums with no problems and my son recovered amazingly. I am very impressed by the customer service of the front and back office staff, very helpful,courteous, and professional. Like I told Dr. Lipat- I try my best to avoid the dentist because I've had a horrible experience with my dentist during my teen years and I fear pain. Dr. Lipat was so gentle and continuously informing me of every step because I made her aware of my high anxiety level. I needed 2 years worth of ugly tarter build-up cleaned, my teeth are extremely sensitive and I didn't feel any pain, she has a gentle touch, my teeth look and feel healthy.
