    Diehl Ford of Beaver

    Diehl Ford of Beaver

I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Diehl Ford in Beaver has been nothing short…read moreof awful. I brought in my brand-new truck for warranty work -- vibration issues, pulling to the right, and malfunctioning windows. All of it is clearly covered under warranty. They "fixed" the vibration, but the truck STILL pulls to the right and the windows STILL don't work correctly. When I called back to tell them the issues were not resolved, I was literally told to take it somewhere else. And to make it worse, I was hung up on twice. I've never dealt with a service department that shows this little professionalism or care. In my opinion, this place is a joke and a sham. If you have warranty work, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I wouldn't trust them with a lawn mower, let alone a new vehicle.

I own a 2015 Ford Fiesta with 40,00 miles that recently had a transmission issue. I called several…read moretransmission shops who told me that they will not work on the car because of the transmission design, and that I should contact a Ford dealership service department to see if the repairs may be under an extended warranty that Ford had to issue because of transmission problems with that design. I called Diehl, and was immediately told that not only they WILL NOT work on the problem, but Ford no longer makes the parts to fix it. I questioned those statements and was basically told to hit the road. At one point he told me to check with other Ford dealerships for the repair, which really set me off, as I had already been told that Ford NO LONGER made the parts. I finally found a trans shop that will tackle the job, and HE TOLD ME that he gets those parts from Ford, so I was lied to repeatedly. The kicker is that when I suggested the Ford service sucked, and that maybe I'll by a different brand next time, he told me to spend my money elsewhere. I was also told that the reason they refused to work on my FORD, at the FORD DEALERSHIP, was that it was too old ............ Pure Bull and anyone who deals with this outfit best beware, as they did NOTHING for me but lie.

Ron Lewis Ford - "No noise present"

If I could give Ron Lewis ZERO stars, I would. Called in May to get my F150 looked at for grinding…read moreand clunking noises coming from the drivetrain. Was told they couldn't get me in until early June, so I made an appointment for June 7th. I dropped the truck off the night before, but received a call a day later asking why my truck was there. They said they didn't have an appointment for me but will try to get it looked at during the week. Following week I call to see what's going on and was told they tried to call me, yet I didn't have any missed calls, text, or voicemails. They say they couldn't hear anything, but there is a TSB for the 4WD engaging when it's not supposed to and that they have the part there and will get it replaced. Few more days later and still haven't heard anything so call again and leave a message. Wait all day and don't hear back so stop down in person where the service advisor says Ford warranty won't cover it. I told them when I made the appointment that I have an extended warranty that Ron Lewis sold me when I purchased the truck new and the paperwork was in the glovebox for it. So they finally call a day later saying it was fixed, but it may initially make some noise until the computer relearns the 4WD. What possibly could the computer learn! I pick the truck up Saturday and put a couple hundred miles on it and it actually sounds worse than it did before. People look at me as I drive by as if they are waiting to see my drivetrain spill all over the road. Of course my warranty is up in 2 weeks and I can't even get the service manager to call me back. This is my 4th F150 and apparently my last.

3rd day and multiple calls to sales Rep Don and he still has not returned my call. Asked for…read moreanother rep and he didn't seem interested at all. Said he would give Don a note because he was sitting next to him. That was 2 hours ago. ONLY reason I've called as much as I have is that on the first call with Don he presented a vehicle in which they had just taken in on trade that fit my need. I truly feel like a pest at this point! $60k plus deal... Terrible experience!!
