Before I came to chiro one I was seeing a chiropractor that completed my adjustments only but they were not like chiro one has done. I believe the X-rays help determine where adjustments were needed. I honestly have less hip pain because my body was extending more to one side. Now that I have balanced myself more I feel great. My favorite adjustment is to my sinuses and the traction. When I first got plantar fasciitis it was on 1 foot and I went to my primary because I could barely walk and she sent me to a physical therapist. They gave me a lot of exercises to do everytime I went and it didnt help infact my knee started to hurt and then by limping I got plantar fasciitis on both feet. For months I just rested on the couch thinking that would help. I went to Dr Greg and he had a plan for me and made it simple for me to remember only a few exercise he really knows his stuff and me. He did more therapy on my foot then the physical therapist I went to. He was able to get me pain free. I have to be honest therapy on the foot is uncomfortable when your in pain. I think I almost kicked him a few times but he didn't mind. I still do 1 of the exercises to stretch my arches. I feel that plantar fasciitis might come back if I I stand to long on my feet if it does I will know were to go. They all wear masks & are tested often, which put me at ease, as I have been sheltering in place since March. Prior to seeing Dr. Noelle, I pulled muscles in my neck & back and experienced pain so intense, it caused headaches with blurred vision. I couldn't sleep for nearly a week. My neck & shoulder were frozen. I am new to Illinois. For 2 days, I called around to see who was accepting new patients & take my lame, united healthcare insurance. Dr. Noelle was able to see me the day I called, which I'll forever appreciate, especially considering I was nearly in tears due to my injury & couldn't work or function normally.
